Lemon Garden Café - In this buffet-style restaurant, individual theater kitchens serve Malay, Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Continental dishes, with a tandoori oven, large seafood tank, wood-burning oven, and indoor herb garden. The adjacent coffee bar serves specialty coffees, freshly baked breads, croissants, and cakes. Open from early morning until late evening.
Shang Palace - A grand red door, a replica of Beijing's Forbidden City's Duan Gate, leads into this opulent Cantonese restaurant. An intricate wall carving of nine dragons, a gallery lined with timber columns, and numerous works of art continue the Imperial theme. Serving dim sum and classic Cantonese and Chinese dishes for lunch and dinner.
Zipangu - Styled like a Tokyo brasserie, this contemporary restaurant features a walk-in wine and sake cellar and a cigar lounge. A glass wall separates the main dining area from the kitchen, allowing diners to watch chefs in action. Three open-kitchen counters prepare sushi, grilled dishes, and kappou specialties. Open for lunch and dinner.
Restaurant Lafite - Dark-marble columns lead into a circular dining area with curved ivory and gold curtains, spherical lights, and shimmering glass beads hanging from the ceiling. The cuisine is contemporary French with Asian twists, and vegetarian options are available. Open for lunch and dinner (closed Sundays and public holidays).
Arthur's Bar & Grill - A perfect place for social gatherings, this Manhattan-style bar and grill serves a variety of beverages from refreshing beers to signature cocktails and an extensive list of wines served by the glass, complemented by a selection of international and local cuisine.
Lemon Garden 2Go - The design of this coffee area incorporates acid-treated copper, stainless steel, glass, and curved flooring with zebra ribs. A boat-shaped serving station offers drinks and snacks to eat on the premises or to take away. Open from early morning until mid-evening.
Poolside Terrace - Canopied by sun umbrellas and surrounded by landscaped gardens, this poolside bar serves beverages, snacks, and local fare. Open from mid-morning until early evening.
On-site facilities include a 20-meter (65-foot) outdoor lap pool and a separate children's pool. The hotel's fitness center has free weights and a range of cardiovascular equipment with individual audio-visual systems. Guests can also use saunas and steam rooms, hot and cold plunge pools, and an aerobics studio (surcharge).
Racquetball and squash courts and a golf driving range are located within three km (two miles) of the hotel, and jogging paths are within two blocks.

Impeccable service, from the airport pickup to the guest service coordinators to the concierge. The horizon club was worth the extra money, offering a beautiful breakfast and fabulous evening cocktails. A superb hotel with fantastic attention to detail. Second stay there in a year and the standard was as high as ever. Breakfast buffet is wonderful and where else would you get 2 chocolate fountains? "Satisfying stay"
The staff were very friendly from beginning to end. They even offered my son a complimentary bed in the room which was a lovely touch. We were offered a room on the 15th floor with a nice view of the twin tower, well at least one of it. Unfortunately the room was not properly cleaned as there were remnants of the previous occupants such as used toothbrush, […] water bottles, papers, etc. The room was also quite dusty. However, all these were immediately put to right after a call was made to housekeeping. The breakfast also offered a vast variety of food which left us spoilt for choice. We stayed 4 nights on Horizon Club level in 2 interconnecting room (2adults and 2 children 13&11yrs) From checkin to checkout we experienced exceptional friendly service from every staff member that we came across. We really enjoyed our stay the hotel is an excellent standard, our rooms were not ready on arrival despite advance requests for type, extra bed etc. However we had a chance to have a welcome drink and relax while it was sorted out. If you've read reviews about the Shangri La KL you will know all about the breakfast inc choc fountain. Service throughout hotel wonderful. "Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur-wow!"
We opted for a Horizon club deal and our experience was one of absolute luxury. We were upgraded to a suite which included complimentary touches such as fresh fruit, chocolates and flowers and La Occitane toiletries. The suite was very spacious with many decadent features such as a full marble bathroom which included a second flat screen television […] over an oval marble bath . There was also a second toliet and vanity off the entry foyer. The bed was huge with bed-side controls to eveything including the curtains. We had a great view of the Petronas Twin towers. The buffet breakfast was high quality and contained a great choice and the staff indicated that the chef was happy to cook anything else we wanted. We opted for an Asian style breakfast from the Asian range of the buffet as we enjoy spicy food but noticed other English speaking people enjoying eggs cooked as per their preference and Chinese people enjoying laksas. The pastries were better than we had been able to find in Paris, from where we were returning. During cocktail hour (5pm -7pm) there was a great choice with the staff indicating that they would make any alcholic or non-alcholic cocktail or drink that we wanted and interesting appetizing snacks were served and replenished constantly. Whilst not in the golden triangle, taxis are cheap and abundant in Kuala Lumpur, that it was no inconvenience at all. All in all it was an indulgent experience in an elegant hotel where the staff are friendly and welcoming. I recommend it highly and will definitely return. 予約時にツインタワーが見える部屋を希望していたら、２０階のホライズンクラブのフロアーでまっ正面にツインタワー（ただしこのホテルからはツインの両方は見えませんが一本でも奇麗な夜景が素晴らしい）が望める部屋に泊れました。安いレートの予約だったのに良かったです。ホライズンクラブの部屋は専用のラウンジがあって飲み物や食事がサービスされますが、我々はたまたまこのフロアーに泊めてもらったのでこのサービスは有りませんが次回はこのホライゾンクラブに泊ってみたいと思います。部屋はそんなに広くは有りませんが清潔で使いやすく重厚な作りで大満足でした。フルーツのサービスが毎日あってサービスは素晴らしかった。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
