We were booked in for 6 nights but had to extend our stay as my father was being treated at the hospital and he stayed longer than expected. The reception... staff were fantastic (in a country that speaks limited English and us no French!!) they allowed us to keep the room on a rolling bases as we didn't know when my father could leave. The restraurant & bar lets this hotel down. It has no atmosphere when dining or drinking. Its more of drinks service with a bottle of local beer at 4.5 euros - 50% more than in town. And no bar to actually sit at. The swimming pool is more of plunge pool.

Generally the stay suited its purpose but it is definitely not a place to stay for leisure. The hotel needs something to attract custom and cannot rely on a few meeting rooms when the quality of the experience leaves a lot to be desired. Particularly disappointing was the quality of service and food in the restaurant. It is not a measure of the staff, […] although they do need training it is very poor vision and management. It is just not worth the money. Service is poor, ambience is poor and the food is unimaginative and stogy. The hotel is in urgent need of a high quality restaurant to attract custom. Iso huone, josta hienot näkymät merelle. Hotellin lähistöllä ei ole oikein mitään, keskustaan matkaa noin 1,5 km, joka paluumatkalla on ylämäkeen. Hotelli suostui siirtämään huoneen luovutusta veloituksetta 5 tunnilla eteenpäin lähtöpäivänä.

Valde hotellet för att det låg nära centrum men det var krångligt och kändes inte säkert att gå dit- speciellt inte på kvällstid. Den sk. poolen var helt under all kritik - tror ingen någonsin vill bada i något så litet- grunt och dessutom i direkt anslutning till frukostmatsalen. Maten är inget att hurra för på Martinique. Frukosten var ok.

Das Zimmer war klein, die Dusche hatte keinen Druck, die Matratze war so durchgelegen, man rollte immer in die Mitte. Das Zimmer war auf der ganzen Linie eine Enttäuschung. Dieses Hotel hat ein schlechtes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Nice staff, rooms are ok, breakfast buffet excellent. Like in every French speaking place, it's good to know at least some French phrases to get better service - although they speak very good English.
