"Not a real Marriott Hotel"
The only positive side in customer's service that I saw was during the check-in. I happened to use the towels and was told that I had to turn in the wet ones if I wanted another towel. The hair dryer was almost catching on fire and needed a replacement, I called the front desk and after waiting 25 minutes called back and asked for an update on my request; […] was told that there were no extra hair dryers in the hotel and they were looking for a good one from a vacant room. If I wanted to use the gym, sauna or the Jacuzzi I had to pay $250 pesos per person but not even the steam room was working. I called the front desk in the morning of my check out and requested local information trying to make a reservation, after one hour of going back and forth with Stephanie, I gave up and based on my experience not to come back to this hotel again. La habitacion tenia pesima acustica. Se oia todo el movimiento de los cuartos contiguos. Las almohadas pesimas! Y el restaurant en el desayuno totalmente insuficiente y ruidoso.
