"Reasonable for a short stay if on a budget"
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's very close to the main shopping area and the beach. The ADO station is close by too, which is great for getting to other cities of Cancun airport. The building itself is very attractive, and I like the way it has the pool area in the middle. The pool is small and the water is cold, but it's still […] suitable for a quick dip if you need to cool down. We got our room cheaply online, so it was not one of the better ones. It was on the ground floor, so there was no natural light. A room on a higher floor would be better, but probably more expensive. Even though we were close to the reception desk the wifi signal was terrible, and didn't work at all after the first night, which was very disappointing. The hotel is in a good location and our room was clean. The bathroom window was broken so we couldn't air condition that room. There was only 1 small light for the entire bedroom so it was very dark. "Not that good"
This hotel seemed like a good deal before arriving. Room was okay considering the price, but bathroom not clean and I had to wait hours before getting the ac remote and the infant crib. Also the lock on the door was really bad. Location was very good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel for the money"
No breakfast as advertised, pool not usable, room was comfy, check in was easy but later they put someone on the desk that spoke no english so not helpful to find anything in the area. We stayed 3 in the hotel room and there was not enough towels and hangers, we had to ask for that more than twice.
