"Dirty Room"
I got to the hotel at 11am and they gave me a room that had just been vacated by a guest. It was dirty, beds unmade. They told me they will have the room ready in 30 minutes. "perfect..."

"Nice hotel but not a 4 star"
Thia hotel has a very European feel. Standards are not to the same level that someone from the US would consider a 4 star. That said the staff was very friendly and the hotel was charming. "Quaint and cozy - a block off the strip"
This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the great sale we got on the hotel. The hacienda (hotel) is a sqaure shape with an atrium in the middle. The middle of the atrium has a pool in it that is mostly shaded from the sun. This is a good thing when you are walking around in the heat all day. Can't argue with the location of the hotel, just one block away from all the 5th Avenue buzz, one block from Coco Bongo (nightclub) and with Oxxo nearby (mini-market). That would make a perfect choice if it wasn't for the cleaning less of the room. Safe deposit boxen var trasig, vi fick erbjudande om att ha värdesakerna i hotellets kassaskåp men det var ett allmänt skåp så det ville vi inte. Efter lite tjat fick vi ett nytt. "Hotel bem localizado, limpeza ruim."
O Hotel tem uma localização excelente os quartos são amplos e bons. Porém a qualidade da limpeza dos quartos é muito ruim. Camas e tolhas sujos e ao entrar no quarto tinha cheiro de mofo. "Muy buen hotel"
El hotel está situado a una cuadra de la 5a avenida y a 3 cuadras de la playa. Los empleados del hotel atienden de buena manera y con mucha atención. El hotel está muy bonito y acogedor y la alberca aunque no muy grande está muy limpia y muy cuidada. Nuestro cuarto estaba del lado de la calle y aunque habia ruido en la calle adentro del cuarto estaba […] bastante tranquilo. Tuvimos un incidente con el ballet parking del hotel referente a nuestro vehículo de alquiler, pero el staff del hotel se portó muy bien para resolver el problema. En el baño de nuestra habitación había un pequeño ruido que salía de la válvula de agua del retrete, pero se solucionaba cerrando la valvula. Nice and clean hotel. Stayed for a week christmas 2010. Some noise from a nearby pub the first evening, but no problem sleeping. Didnt hear a noise the rest of the week.
