Caribbean Paradise is close to Nuestra Senora del Carmen Catholic Church, Playa del Carmen Main Beach, and Pier Navega. Also nearby are Mamitas Beach Club and Plaza de Armas.

In addition to an outdoor pool and a rooftop terrace, Caribbean Paradise features multilingual staff. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. Best thing about hotel was the bathroom towels, soap, and shampoo. Television didn't have good reception, construction jack hammering going on across street. Maid was wonderful. Está situado en la principal avenida, el personal es atento y amable, el cuarto muy cómodo. Me gustó la ubicación, el trato de los empleados, todos muy amables, pero no me gustó el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, la TV no se veía bien y no había control remoto.
