The Rio Cuale divides downtown and the Romantic Zone, an area brimming with bars, restaurants, and shops. Isla Rio Cuale features a river walk and a small museum with pre-Columbian artifacts. Stayed at Los Arcos Suites this year and last year. The state of cleanliness and service have deteriorated greatly in a year. Would not reccomend this hotel after this year. Having to move rooms twice because our reserved room was not available. Termites boring holes above our bed and bed covered in sawdust. Sink fell out of vanity. Stong odor after […] repair, glue and caulking. Room had a terrible odor as well prior to repair. Promised dehumidifier to help with smell. It never arrived. Staff member at front desk that concerns voiced to was very cool to us after the complaint. He seemed offended that we said the room had an offensive odor and seemed annoyed by us our whole stay. The hotel add does not differentiated clearly between the Hotel Los Arcos which is by the beach and the Arcos Suites which are a block away . "Strong mold smell"

al llegar no habia nadie quien atendiera en el mostrador, posteriormente llego nathalie la chica engargada y dijo que arreglaria el error de la reserva ya que decia una habitacion con una cama para cuatro adultos (es incongruente esto) pero finalmente no hizo nada al respecto y solo nos cambio de hotel en virtud de que no pudo hacer nada en el que ella […] medio estaba (porque como comente no estaba almometo de llegar y llego diez minutos despues que yo) una vez que me cambio al cuarto y me di cuenta me comentarion que no habia habitaciones y que posteriormente si habia espacio me cambiarian y por lo tanto me trajeron un colchon que con trabajos cabia en ese cuarto de 3 por 2 ya que no te podias ni mover, pero eso si segun la señorita nathalie nos proporciono un up grade como si nos hiciera un favor y no se si lo que conoce ella como up grade es estar incomodo y apretujado porque creo que es lo que ella entiende.
