An independently operated dive shop at the resort offers scuba-diving instruction including resort, refresher, advanced, and open-water certification courses. "Could have been better."
Have been to Cozumel numerous times but the first time at the Coral Princess. They are listed as a 4/5 but don't supply bottled water in their rooms for their guests beyond, what they call a, 'Welcome Bottle' upon arrival. Room didn't get cleaned until 4:30 one day and didn't get cleaned at all one day in spite of the "Please Clean" card. WiFi didn't […] work part of the time except in the lobby. Didn't use their on-site dive center. Did some research before checking in and found that they were among the most expensive on the island. Really poor responses from the guy who says he's the owner. "not so great, just ok"
the problem is not the hotel, but their staff. some of the staff, wants to nickle and dime you out of breakfast, maid services and amenities. two for one drinks are joke and the scooter rental folks will tell you we only have one available so you better rent it. later, you will them saying the same thing to other groups of folks.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Decent Hotel with Bad Overpriced Food"
Food is not good at this resort and overpriced. You're much better off going into town (2.5 mile walk) to get good food. The drinks are overpriced as well however, the Happy Hour from 5-6 p.m. is worthwhile because drinks are half off and it's during sunset.Genuine Expedia guest review
