The Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Over all enjoyed the hotel. The only problem was that we would get back to the Hotel late for dinner... and have to eat at the buffet. All food at buffets served outside. The weather was windy and cool at night so all food was cold. I have been to a few all inclusive hotels and eaten at buffets, but they are inside and comfortable. Don't think I would do all inclusive in San Jose Del Cabo again. There some real nice local places to eat and have fun. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 7, 2013

Situated on a white-sand beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez in San José del Cabo, the Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos borders a bird sanctuary. Estero de San Jose is within 1 kilometer, and Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club is 3.4 kilometers away.

Resort Features.
At this all-inclusive property meals and beverages at on-site restaurants and bars, taxes, and gratuities are included in room rates. Recreational activities and entertainment may also be included. There may be charges for dining at some restaurants, special dinners and dishes, some beverages, and other amenities.

The Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos offers 3 outdoor pools including an adults-only pool, a family pool with volleyball, and a children's pool. Hotel staff were wonderful but room quality was certainly not up to Intercontinental standards. Shower drain was clogged, room temperature was barely "cool" and we had to ask for maid service daily.
