This hotel is very average. The alcohol was watered down and the food was below average. Hotel is located on the beach but definitely not on the best part of Cabo. The club is a glorified recreation room and depressing to hang out in at night time.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Dreams Los Cabos"
The hotel is very family orienated, however the variety and taste of the food was very poor. If you are only planning to stay at the hotel for three nights it's ok but any longer than that you start getting sick of the same food everyday. The drinks weren't that good either. If we return to cabo we would never stay at this hotel again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not 4 star food"
The hotel and resort are amazing in every way, except the food. In an all inclusive the food is pretty important. We actually left the property half way through our stay just to get a decent meal. We stayed at the Dreams in Puerto Vallarta a few years ago, the food there was amazing. I'm not sure if the whole brand has gone downhill, or if its just […] this property. We tried every restaurant, and ended up with room service almost every night (nachos etc). We had one good meal at Oceana. Its a shame, the restaurants and the resort are so beautiful, and the food way below 4 star standards. I wouldn't give the food 2 stars. Just wish someone had filled us in on this. "Service great - Food and Drinks Horrible"
While the hotel service was fantastic, location was beautiful, rooms well kept and comfortable. The food and drinks were mediocre at best. Not worth the all inclusive price.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't go if you are looking for the best"
We chose this hotel because it looked like a nice/easy/kid friendly place to visit with our 2 year old. Having just been at a great resort in the Riviera Maya, it is almost unfair to compare both hotels. We like really good hotels and really good food. Here's what I thought: The facilities are ok but the food was not really that great. Buffet breakfast […] was the same every day, lunch and dinner were just ok as well, maybe even a little boring. Everyone (the staff) was really nice, except for the waiters at the Seaside Grill. They were rude, the food was cold, terrible service! There were ants in the room (the really small kind) and ants in the sand at the beach (the really big red ones). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Go to Dreams Puerto Vallarta instead"
Go to Dreams Puerto Vallarta instead. The staff, food and entertainment is OUTSTANDING in comparison to Dreams Los Cabos.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful hotel: unhelpful front desk"
The staff at the front desk and at somoe of the restaurants were inflexible when it came to the many rules they had. For example, everyone had to wait until 3 pm to check in whether rooms were ready or not. For every rude employee we did meet some very helpful employees as well. Specifically, the staff at the breakfast buffet and the pool bar were great. […] The food was average. The room was clean and comfortable. However we will probably not go back to the Dreams Cabo. "DISAPPOINTING STAY."
Shower head spray very weak, water took ten mins to get hot, brown water in toilet and taps one day, screen doors came off the hinges every time we tried to open them, holes in screen door, poor quality furnishings and doors-hardware etc. No indoor bar/lounge area as weather was cold at night and only one decent indoor restaurant which closed on two […] nights out of four.Food very disappointing, buffet very limited. Would not stay at a Dreams resort again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
