Mercado Veintiocho (Market 28), an open-air flea market, is an alternative to the chain shops. Tourists often venture into area supermarkets for souvenirs and liquor. Plaza de Toros features weekly bullfighting.

Överlag är det inte här man vill bo om man tänkt stanna i Cancun, men vi stannade här och använde det enbart som övernattnings alternativ innan vi begav oss vidare neråt kusten. Hotellet är fräscht och rent, har trevlig personal och är mycket prisvärt. så perfekt om man bara har någon dags stopp over. Hotel padrão Ibis 3 estrelas, quarto com TV LCD, Ar Condicionado, cama boa, WIFI, ducha, muito limpo. De frente ao Shoping Las Américas onde se compra mais barato que nos Shopings da zona hoteleira.
