This place has the best value. Rooms were spotless and well kept. The only draw back is the neighborhood. Would not go out at night unless in a group... or with a man. Great for a place to shower and sleep then go to Cancun hotel zone to hang out. A ten minute drive to Cancun's hotel zone! Would not hang out in this area by myself. I stayed here for a night because I was due to check into my 5 star resort the next day. The rooms are small but perfect for a night. Probably to small to spend a whole trip there but if you are looking for a place to just crash this one is nice. This is an economical place to stay in downtown Cancun, prices are reasonable even during the year-end holidays. The receptionists were very helpful and spoke quite good English. Clean and comfortable rooms. Not noisy. Internet connection didn't work in our room, but WLAN worked ok in other areas.

It's a very simple hotel where we spent only one night, before our flight back to Paris. It is located in downtown Cancun, about 10 min of walk of restaurants and bars. The room we got was a small but very clean room, with AC. Nice shower. BUT no window (except a tiny window in the bathroom, and a window in the room that was looking at the corridor, […] so not very nice...). La chambres est propre et moderne. Il est situé proche du Mercado 28. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Point négatif: il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel.

２泊しました。なぜか部屋から外ではなく、通路に窓がありカーテン閉めても光が入ってくるのです。なぜだか？？？　がしかし、テレビ・ベッド・シャワー・エアコンOK！OK!　文句なしです。　　チェチェン観光は朝早く出て夜帰ってきます。ダラス経由の日本行きの飛行機は７時出発ホテル送迎は４時３０分。そんなホテルは寝るだけで、朝早くから夜まで外で遊んじゃう人には良いホテルですよ！近くにOXXOって言うコンビニがあります。夜の酒場も近くにあります。　メキシコ最高！ただし、海辺でのんびりしたい人にはここじゃないよ。

I think that the hotel deserves a four out of five. This is as good as it gets in Cancun downtown for location and the price. Cancun is quite ugly except for the five-star hotels by the beach. But this is a good hotel for one or maximum two nights if you want to do some shopping.

2ème séjour au Gaby avant de reprendre l avion pour Paris. Rectification pour la navette aéroport, elle existe bien mais il faut la réserver à l avance, le prix est celui du marché. Cette fois nous avons délaissé le marché 28 tout proche pour aller au marché 23, juste un peu plus loin aprés la gare routière ADO et celui ci est plus local et authentique […] (alimentation, herboristerie, habillement) et ou il y a aussi quelques restaurants locaux. La ubicacion del hotel es buena,. lugar centrico. La cama aunque muy comoda, hacia mucho ruido cuando te recostabas en ella. y se escucha el ruido del pasillo. Fuera de eso todo agradable.

格安料金でしたが、部屋もきれいでスタッフも感じがよく不自由を感じませんでした。１階にあるレストラン（カフェ？）も手ごろな値段でスタッフも感じよくよかったです。バスターミナルからは少し歩きますが、ペインテオーチョ市場が近くおすすめです。
