Oasis Viva All Inclusive Hotel - Adults Only is an all-inclusive resort with all-ocean view guestrooms located on 200 yards of white sand beach.
Property Features.
This totally refurbished resort features a relaxing pool, a gorgeous 200-yard beach with bar service, two tennis courts, four restaurants, and five bars. Daily activities include competitions such as beach and pool volleyball, pool aerobics, and dance lessons. Nightly activities include two shows weekly (Mexican and Caribbean) on the beach, around the pool, or in the lobby depending on the weather. Guests can fully relax with the hotel's spa services, which include body wraps, facial treatments, massages (reservations required), and body treatments.

The resort offers 276 air-conditioned guest rooms in two 8-story towers—all with ocean views. Room decor features textured terracotta walls, white ceilings, Mexican-style furniture of dark wood and wrought iron, gray-marble floors, and wood ceilings in dressing/vanity areas. In-rooms safes are available. Room amenities include flat-panel television with cable service and pay movies; mini bar, bottled water, and coffee/tea maker. The All Inclusive Plan includes the following: room accommodations, unlimited food and drink (domestic liquor), house wine, all resort fitness and recreation facilities, and all taxes and gratuities. Not included is wireless Internet access, imported wines by the bottle, fine cuts of meat and lobster, motorized water sports, night tennis and basketball, massage and beauty services, telephone and fax charges, in-room movies, laundry and dry cleaning, and outside tours and excursions.

To protect guests from passing boats, the hotel allows sea swimming only in a defined, shallow area in front of the resort where the water is calm. Nonmotorized sea sports include kayaking and sailing. The pool is another focus of activity, with staff members running a daily program that includes water aerobics, pool volleyball, and games.
Stationary bicycles, stair machines, and free weights are provided in the small fitness center opposite the health bar.
Staff members can help arrange area activities such as parasailing, fishing excursions, and boating.

The Cancun Hotel Zone rests on a slit of land bound by a lagoon and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Sunseekers crowd the white-sand beaches. At night, the action moves to the restaurants, clubs, and bars that line Boulevard Kukulcán, the area’s main artery. This road passes by the El Rey ruins, believed to be a king’s tomb.

"Nära till strand och party"
Hoellet skulle vara barnfritt, så var inte fallet. Maten var okey,men efter att bott 6 nätter så blir det lite enformigt. Kunde ha varit mer Mexikanska maträtter och mer kryddad mat.Internet ingår ej utan måste köpas separat om önskar.Finns 2 alternativ,antingen via datorn eller via kortautomat nere i lobbyn.Först köpte jag 5 dagars via datorn,och det […] funkade inte.Personalen kunde inte hjälpa mig,gick miste om pengarna.köpte sen i kortautomaten och då funkade det men det blev dyrare.Hotellet är all-incluvsive,men rummet som vi hade fanns det kök i med spis ,mikro mm, men inget kylskåp.Kunde ha slängt ut allt och gjort en liten trevlig sitthörna istället och ställt in ett kylskåp.Alltid skönt att ha lite kylda drycker på rummet efter en svettig dag på stranden.Airconen funkade inte som den skulle,rummet var varmt och fuktigt.Jag Frågade i receptionen om man kunde få en fläkt upp på rummet,svaret blev nej och det blev en varm vecka,Sängkläderna byttes inte under vår vistelse(jag smutsar ner lakanet i fotdelen med lite smuts från skorna när vi checkar in,så städerskan inte kan missa det när hon bäddar)inte så trevligt när rummet är varmt och man ligger och svettas på nätterna.toaletten luktade lite unket men det var riktigt bra tryck i kranarna med både varmt och kallt(bodde på vån.1)Rummet var stort och bra,enkelt möblerat.Balkongen stor men inga stolar eller bord..Små detaljer skulle göra detta hotell till en 4 ,men istället blir det bara en 2+ Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Gente hagan caso de estos comentarios, yo antes pensaba ke eran comentarios viejos o muy exagerados pero concuerdo con cada uno de ellos. La ubicacion del hotel esta muy buena cerca de clubs, mall, acceso facil a todo, el hotel esta comodo, no es la gran cosa pero esta bien, eso si la playa esta super bien, lo unico ke afecta al hotel es el DEFICIENTE […] TRATO DEL PERSONAL EN EL LOBBY, desde que llegamos fue un trato PESIMO, no hay gente amable que te pueda ayudar, para cenar en los restaurantes del hotel fue un problema enorme, nunca pudimos hacerlo, siempre hubo excusas para hacer reservaciones, la comida es variada, es buena, el unico punto malo a mi punto de vista es el PERSONAL BAJAMENTE CAPACITADO Y LA POCA AMABILIDAD DE SERVICIO!
