Oasis Sens Adults Only LGBT Friendly - All Inclusive

I have stayed at a few resorts in Cancun and elsewhere; this one is above average. I appreciated that the resort is "LGBT-friendly" and booked it for this reason. There were a handful of gay couples, and we definitely felt welcome as two gay men. Kinky's, the nightclub, was a great time, and this is where the "LGBT friendly" really showed. There were […] primarily male (and a couple female) exotic dancers and a cabaret show led by an adorable gay emcee. Even the straight couples (which was most of the audience) had a blast. The food is really good - even the buffet. Only the Arabian restaurant disappointed, with bland food and the depressed, bordering on disgruntled, staff. The nightly shows were cute and fun but not magnificent, consisting of a handful of performers doing fire dancing or aquatic ballet or a Cirque du Soliel-style show for half an hour each night. The drinks were wildly inconsistent depending on the bar and the bartender; the bartenders could use some training. Most staff were incredibly friendly, but we consistently had problems with the front desk, who were rude on each occasion we visited it (not to mention having to wait almost 30 minutes to check in - a frustrating start to the holiday). The beach was beautiful - typical Cancun! - and the pools were nice, but there was a major lack of lounge chairs; they all seemed to be snatched up even before breakfast. overall i rate it very good to excellent. they should have coffee bar in the lobby and welcome drinks. food and service overall very good. staff overall very good. only one surly person. had to ask four times for a working clock in the room.

The Oasis Sense was a great experience! The staff is helpful and friendly while the pictures reflect exactly what you're going to get; a great beach location, nice pool, and clean rooms. I've stayed at the Grand Oasis and now the Oasis Sense and I will definitely be staying at an Oasis every time I visit Cancun.

Our room was following 5 days on Isla Mujeres. I found the possibility of unlimited food and drink exciting but was dissappointed in the quality of both. The swim up bar was most dissappointing as it was extremely rare to catch a bar tender at the bar and the made no effort to make drinks with any proportions. The sunset and lobby bar were fantastic. […] The room is mostly windowless in lobbys and hallways which leads to lots of moisture. The room were air conditioned but not de humidified so there was a great deal of mold smell. The phones were broken and I had to walk to the front desk at 2am if you wanted late night food. The staff were overall very nice. In terms of food all the restaurants had some good food but the best is the Italian place. Dont waste your time at the gourmet place (Benazuza) as it is a numerous small plates of eccentric food that does not amount to a meal. I would not stay again at this hotel but if you want an all inclusive for a great price and your not too concerned with the amenities as long as its clean and edible this is a good place. Read more

A estadia no Oasis Sens foi ótima. A praia em frente ao hotel é muito boa e apesar do mar um pouco mais agitado, os salva-vidas estão sempre direcionando as pessoas para o ponto mais seguro na água. A comida do restaurante buffet é boa e variada. Já nos restaurantes temáticos, achei mais fraca. As bebidas alcoólicas infelizmente são de baixa qualidade, […] o chopp e a cerveja não são tão gelados (cultura norte-americana) e é difícil de achar um bartender que realmente se preocupe em oferecer um bom drink. O único mais atencioso ficava no bar da piscina, ao lado da lanchonete, e seu nome era Francisco. Os quartos são bem limpos, fornecimento e troca de toalhas muito bom. O serviço de quarto também é bem prestativo e rápido. A única coisa que senti falta no hotel quanto à parte de entretenimento foi um direcionamento de atividades para um público mais jovem com música, espaço para dançar, etc. As apresentações e shows são legais, mas como o hotel fica localizado um pouco distante do centro da Zona Hoteleira (onde se encontram o Senior Frogs, Coco Bongo, Mandala, etc) poderiam investir um pouco mais em uma alternativa mais agitada para os hóspedes à noite. O check-in e check-out no hotel foram igualmente bons. Não peguei nenhuma fila e fui prontamente atendido. Olimme tyytyväisiä kaikkeen! Herkullista ruokaa ja monipuolista juomaa oli jatkuvasti tarjolla. Hotellin ulkopuolella oli bussipysäkki joten pääsi nopeasti ostoskeskuksiin. Estuvo muy bien nuestra estadia. La comida estuvo espectacular en cada restaurante que estuvimos, pero el gourmet no tenia cupo ya que la gente reservaba con muchisima anticipacion y pues no lo puedes disfrutar para nada. No todos los restaurantes/bares estan incluidos y pues eso no suena a all-inclusive. El internet lo tienes que pagar. No es precisamente […] ALL-inclusive. Es mas como algunas-partes-incluidas. En el restaurante, Ernesto fue el mejor mesero, nos atendio de maravilla. El evento de liberar tortugas en la noche al mar estuvo fascinante. La alberca VIP es mejor para disfrutar del hotel aunque no este frente al mar, pero esta mas grande y tiene el bar normal y el de sushi ahi mismo.
