Perfect location with excellent staff. The Concierge arranged tours and booked dinner for me. Great service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel with big rooms and convenient location"
This hotel has a great location at the edge of the zona rosa and Chapultepec park right on the Reforma. The staff, especially the concierge, are top notch - by far the best feature of the hotel. The room was a little long in the tooth - frayed fabric on the sofa and the curtain ba kings were disintegrating. No effect on the comfort of the room ( the […] bed and linens are top notch), but surprising for a hotel with a 5 diamond rating. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice Hotel, but not luxurious..."
Over-all the hotel was ok, nothing impressive as one would expect of a Four Seasons and definitely too expensive for the amenities and experience as a whole. Hotel service was great. Since the hotel is in the middle of a very busy area it is noisy! If you are a light sleeper, do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS HOTEL!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Never again!!!"
The business center does not have a color photo copy machine and it was not possible to scan the documents. The staff did not know how to do it or wanted me to show them how to do it in their computer. I went to have a drink at the bar. The bar only has 5 stools!!! but there is a lot of more room to seat down but there are no stools!!! It is crazy. […] I then asked for a table to seat in the pub area but since I was alone, they gave my table to a group of 3 people and told me there were no more tables available!!!! I have stayed at the Four Seasons in Mumbai, Osaka, Budapest, etc.. and I was shocked about the one in Mexico City. I will never stay here again!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Four Seasons-Mex DF"
Exceptional hotel for anyone wanting complete comfort & safety in Mexico City & an excellent location close to Chapultepec castle, Anthro museum, Sevilla subway station et al. There is a new major high rise offcie building underconstruction next to the hotel. Rooms away from this are best as this building has been under constrcution for last 3yrs & […] it will be under construction for another est. 2-3yrs. When finished it will be the highest building in Mex DF. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great hotel for those seeking a little formality.."
This is a high-end hotel for those looking for "everything to be taken care of". We showed up as two casual travelers and felt woefully underdressed and a bit out of place amidst the steady stream of suit-and-tie business folks and classy evening goers. If you are looking for formal, pampered treatment, this is your place. If you are looking for casual […] and low key, well maybe look elsewhere. That being said, the rooms are large, comfortable and super clean. The concierege can arrange tours, cabs, etc. The hotel is in a great part of town close to museums, beautiful neighborhoods and the go-go downtown area. We felt super comfortable and safe walking around. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice, but not great"
Wonderful hotel, very nice experience, great service for the most part. Checked in without my luggage (lost during my connection flight), for which reason I requested any complimentary ammenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, etc. This was requested two times at the reception desk, and they pleasantly responded back saying "yes". Not […] sure if they didn't understand English or they just didn't care, but I never received anything. Had to venture out later to get what I needed. Room service was quick and efficient, but the quality of the hamburger, fries and tomato soup was very fair. Soup tasted like canned soup, and I could have gotten a better burger at the Wendys accross the street. Room decor and furniture is very outdated, sterile, and uncomfortable, not on par with other Four Seasons hotels, or similar. But the size, comfort of the bed and linens, bathroom, views, etc. were very nice. The staff and management made extra efforts to make sure my stay was positive, which was very nice in general. Overall, a very nice experience. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Wake up FS !!!"
My wife and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay.. And Stephano at the front desk made it even better.. always there with a smile. The service was quick and polite. The only point to feel a little disappointed was paying for internet access that should be for free.. most hotels now offer this for free.. and besides for just checking mails that take […] a few minutes !!! Overall, I would visit again, only if a few extras are thrown in. Many more around are offering extras !!! Cheers Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Amazing Place to Stay"
I have stayed at many different properties in Mexico City over the years, but none has been better than my stay at the Four Seasons. The service was INCREDIBLE, and the rooms were large and very comfortable. The Staff is very friendly and at your service to help you with what ever you need.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"More of a business hotel than a place to relax"
Excellent hotel overall, however we found it hard to relax... It feels more like a business oriented hotel, the pool area was very very small, not really a place to unwine and just take the sun and chill... The service from Ramon at the pool is Excellent though... He just makes sure you feel taken care of.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Low key, yet high quality, perfect for large city!"
5 star hotel in mexico city! low key in that there are not a lot of signage to attract attention to yourself. The only downside is if you are here for business is great, but for seeing true mexican culture, not so good. Also all amenities are extra and drink prices are set to european standards.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent Service"
The Four Seasons is a really nice new hotel and the service was beyond awesome. The building is also nice, but perhaps not as luxurious as some other Four Seasons around the world. The main thing I want to say is that this hotel seems to be reasonably priced on weekends but overpriced on weekdays. Also, the better and cheaper choice is the Gran Hotel […] Ciudad de Mexico (Zocolo), which is classier and usually half the price of Four Seasons. The other nice hotel (but expensive) near the Four Seasons is the St. Regis. Also, I asked the concierge for a recommendation where I could buy a guayaberas (shirt) and next time I wouldn't take her recommendation because I found several other better stores. "Outstanding service"
Outstanding service by all staff. Housekeeping helped find buttons that match my dress jacket in an emergency. Conceirges were extraordinarily helpful. We called from New York, en route to Mexico City, asking for a reservation at a hard to get restaurant--and when I checked in a note with all the details in place were waiting for us. Lastly, the chef […] was willing to share a recipe for one of his sauces--wrote it out and a helpful wait-staffer translated it into English. It's a well located, well managed hotel and we would go back anytime. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Luxurious Haven in Mexico City"
My two sons (11 &14) and I had an unexpected two day lay-over in Mexico City and I booked two nights at the Four Seasons from the airport. The service is top-notch and the hotel is right next to Chapultepec park, with all of its museums and sites. The National Palace is a cab ride away ($20). Mexico City has 25 million people and 5 million cars and […] it is nice to have a luxurious haven to retreat to after running around the city. A+. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Another Four Seasons success story"
Very short stay (2 days) but enough to sit at the bar and have a Tamarind Margarita, have a massage and tour around the "Centro Historico". Margarita was fabulous. Had a great massage, ask for one of the full time therapists and you'll have a great experience-try the pre-hispanic. Dinner was great at the restaurant and breakfast was a yummy way to […] get into the day before touring around the city on the Turibus-very fun! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"not impressed"
For the price they charge a night one would expect the internet would be free and complementary breakfast but they arent. They charge $20 dollars for a 24 hour period internet. If your stay for there a week thats 7 times $20 = 140. At home I pay $40 for a whole month. You have to pay for your breakfast and the food in the hotel is more expensive than […] if you eat at nearby restaurant. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Elegant Hotel"
This was my second stay at a Four Season Hotel and the quality remains consistent. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed with large windows opening out to the courtyard with its fountain and flora. The Concierge service was very helpful whether arranging a private tour of Teotihuacan or recommending a local Chinese restaurant. The Bar/Lounge […] was a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing, even though the wine ran ~$18 USD per glass. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the hotel charges for Internet use. And the charge is ~$22 per day - rather steep considering the price already paid for the room. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in a Four Seasons Hotel. "Awesome hotel in Mexico City"
I loved the attentive service. The suite was great with bright colours, modern furnishings, great bathroom with a TV in the mirror (loved that!!!) and Occitane bath products. This is a great hotel both for business or leisure. The pool/gym is also quite nice and gives you a chance to get away from the hussle bussle. Busses on Paseo de la Reforma stop […] right in friont of the hotel and are very convenient. Two subway stops are each about 5 minutes away. Hotel car service is prohibitive...charges more than double to go to the airport...just call a radio taxi and it's 195 pesos vs. 440 for the hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
