I's not a 5* as rated, but if you get a good deal it's location & facilities make it excelent value for a 3 night stay. Breakfast is nothig more than... ok. Food limited & service poor. We booked a Double, but they expected us to stay in a twin & move after the first night. Complained & got upgraded to a Junior Suite - happy with that. Pool good. I did not enjoy this Hotel even thou it actually looks as good as in the photos. The service was bad and the employees did not put any effort into it. The Pool area was dirty and you had to ask for everything to be done. This hotel is amazing. It is worth going there just to see the decor. The swimming pool was one of the cleanest I have ever seen anywhere. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate. The staff are polite and very pleasant. If there is a slight criticism it is that the hotel lacks any kind of atmosphere and a lack of entertainment.

Vi hadde det veldig kompefertabel på dette hotellet. Veldig ryddig og god atmosfære med ro og behagelig lobby. En smilende te- mann i nasjonal drakt alltid klar med mintte :) Det som var dårlig var at trimrommet trenger kraftig oppussing. Det er veldig fuktig der, ikke bra for helsen å trene der. Spa og trimrommet ligger vegg til vegg i kjelleren under […] eller ved bassenget, det var ubehagelig å være der. Derfor ble det 3 på tilstanden til vedlikehold på hotellet ovenfor. Ellers er hotellet i veldig god standard, ingenting å utsette for det. Men hvis du skal vite om taxi rate, ikke hør med hotellet. Fordi de har avtale med taxi sjåfører som står utenfor og belaster deg 3 ganger så mye enn de burde ha gjort i virkeligheten :) Read more

L’hôtel est tous à fait correct pour ce nombre d’étoiles, il a déjà quelques années mais a été conçu de façon luxueuse, mais son gros problème est qu’il y a une discothèque au pied de l’hôtel. La discothèque semble être quasiment en plein air, résultat, musique de minuit à 6 heures du matin non stop, même pour les chambres éloignées. Je vous conseille […] donc de vous endormir avant minuit en espérant ne pas vous réveiller à 3 heures du matin, car votre nuit s’arrête là. Autre surprise, lors de notre arrivée nous avons dû déposer une caution bloquée sur carte de crédit de 800 Dirhams, soit 80 EUR, bon à savoir si vous partez un peu « court ». Nous sommes partis hors saison, en novembre, donc il n’y avait pas de bar d’ouvert en journée et l’hôtel s’en trouvais presque désert. Nous avons aussi eu un problème de chauffage dans tout l’hôtel, il faisait assez froid la nuit et la matinée. Il se trouve à +- 10 minutes de l’entré de la Médina, à l’extérieur des remparts. Mig og min kæreste besøgte Marrokko i 5 dage og havde valgt El Minzah hotel. Hotellet var smukt og vi havde en super flot udsigt over vandet og den gamle del af byen. Morgenmaden var helt i top, med alt hvad man kunne tænke sig. Har aldrig oplevet en så god service før! Tjenerne var der konstant når man skulle bruge dem, og de er meget behjælpelige […] i receptionen. Til hotellet hører der et "wellness center" hvor man kan få massage og diverse behandlinger. De har endvidere den flotteste restaurent hvor man kan få orginal marrokansk mad som bare smager så godt! Fandt ud af at der er mange kendte mennesker der har besøgt hotellet og menneskerne man snakkede med i byen, sagde alle at det var Tangiers bedste hotel. Bonjours à tous, La sois-disant room de luxe que je devais avoir avait plusieurs problèmes : 1) La serrure de la porte coulissante qui donne au balcon était cassé et ne se fermait pas très bien. J'ai bien sur réclamer pour qu'on me change de chambre et ils m'ont répondu qu'il n' y avait pas d'autres chambres pour le moment. Je ne comprennais pas! Alors […] qu'il y avait +/- 15 clients dans tout l'hotel. 2)Dommage pour cette porte qui communique avec la chambre des voisins qui,heureusement est fermé à clé mais point de vue intimité, c'est pas ça!!!! Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit, mooie omgeving en perfecte locatie. Alles is ook op loopafstand tedoen. De kamers zijn mooi en worden ieder dag goed schoongemaakt. De roomservice is top en word 24 uur per dag bezorgd. De prijzen qua eten en drinken liggen wel een stuk hoger als een restaurant of bar in de stad maar dat is meestal zo. sí me gustó mucho, super lujo. Cosas a mejorar: no hay peluquería, no se puede cambiar dinero, no hay tienda y el desayuno habría que mejorarlo. El resto fenomenal, lujo y bien situado

Hotel is located in calm part of new town in area with trees and other (international) hotels. It's just outside the medina's old city walls and à 15 minutes walk to main square Djemaa el Fna. Words as "former glory" passes my mind but hotel was good value for money in My opinion. Hotel is easily found for taxi drivers.

nous avons passez un agréable week-end dans cet hotel la chambre etait superbe , et propre le personnel a était aux petits soins avec nous , la piscine est magnifique , nous avons put nous rendre sur la place a pieds ainsi qu'au casino et dans de nombreux restaurants . pour résumé cet hotel est parfait pour une escape a MARRAKECH

très bon acceuil, chambres spacieuses, décorations magnifiques. les repas sont de très bonnes qualité et la piscine est magnifique. seul petit bémol : manque de lisibilité sur les horaires de restauration et sur leurs plannings d'animation. en tout cas le personnel est aux petits soins et cet hôtel est à recommander!

Royal Mirage Deluxe, Marrakech er et passe stort og fint hotell. Beliggenheten i området Hivernage er svært bra, midt imellom den gamle og nye bydel i gangavstand. De har et svært stort og deilig basseng og flott bassengområde med nydelig have rundt. Personalet snakker mest fransk, men også litt engelsk. Alle var blide og hyggelig, men noen hadde nok […] litt igjen å lære for å bli profesjonell i service. På et 5 stjerners hotell forventer man å slippe å be om småting, f.eks i frokostrommet. Vi spiste ikke mange måltider på hotellet utenom frokost som var inkludert, det var veldig dyrt i forhold til kvaliten. Vi var der i 14 dager og frokosten var den samme hver eneste dag, minimale variasjoner, og lite frukt og grønt. Rommene var store og luftige, med king size seng, fint bad med både dusjkabinett og badekar. Passe stor balkong. Hotellet var nydelig dekorert i marrokansk stil. Jeg leste flere kommentarer om hotellet før bestilling, og opplevde noen anmeldere litt ambivalent. Det meste stemte, og det er kun småting som drar ned, men de kan være irriterende. Men konklusjonen er at jeg anbefaler gjerne andre til å prøve dette hotellet. Det er også et godt utgangspunkt for å se byen til fots. Mange nydelige haver og parker i umiddelbar nærhet. Read more
