"Hotel totalement désorganisé à tout point de vue"
Très mauvaise. 2 heures d'attente à la réception pour avoir les deux chambres réservées avec Hotel.com à partir de 12h30. Aucune des deux chambres préparées lors de la réception des 2 chambres. Dans la première chambre les draps du lit pas changés et pas de linges. Dans la deuxième chambre pas de draps du tout et pas de linges. Cette situation a perduré […] jusqu’au lendemain sous prétexte qu'il n'y avait plus de draps et linges propres en réserve. Nous avons du dormir tous dans la chambre n°1 dans les draps du client précédent. Pendant toute la durée du weekend la réception a été envahie par une foule de personnes survoltées qui avait réservés mais qui n’avait pas de chambre ceci étant valable autant pour la clientèle espagnole que marocaine. Cet hôtel est une vraie catastrophe du point de vue de l’organisation des réservations, de la préparation et de la remise des chambres aux nouveaux clients.
