今回泊まったホテルの部屋の様子から考えて、改善の余地があると思います。ダブルベッドルームには、窓がありません。だから、陰気な感じを受けます。施設設備面では、冷蔵庫がなかったり、ティッシュがなかったり、タオルが古かったりして、印象や居心地がよいとは言えません。ホテル側に改善を促したいと思います。今後の利用者への好感度を高めるために、真摯で前向きな改善をお願いしたいと思います。 そうでないと、リピーターを期待することができないでしょう。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
