エクスペディアの影響力で、部屋のグレードはそこそこにしてくれていましたが、利用上のサービス問題が多く、自分の知り合いには、断じて勧める気にはなりません。その理由は ①授業員の程度が悪すぎます←これが最大の理由です。フロントを含め、お客様サービスという意識がまるでない。フロントは就業中寝ていましたよ。 市内から少し離れて、静かなところだと期待していましたが、泊り客（特に中国人団体客）のマナーの悪さと、従業員のレベルの低さで全くの期待外れでした。 同じような人が出ないように、正直に今回の体験を書きます。 エクスペディアも取り扱わない方が良いと思います。 ②大幅な改装をしたというものの、水回りは依然悪く悪臭が残る。 タオルも相当使った古いもので、薄く質が悪い。（自宅でも使わないレベルで、「１００均 […] 」で売っているものよりも悪い） ③アメニティの質もどれもひどい←とても使えず、結局コンビニで別途買い替えました。万一利用されるのなら、自分で持って行かれることをお奨めします。 ④レストランの従業員のレベルは、見事なぐらい劣悪で、味もひどいのに値段は一人前←案内された入口傍の席は、ロビーと直結し、外気が頻繁に入って寒いから、席を変えてくれといってもここしかないと。 余りに寒いのできつく行ったら、奥に席がいくつも余っていて、ようやく変えた。 出てきた料理も、決して食べられたものではない。 中国人団体客の大声で、落ち着いて食事する雰囲気ではなかった。 ⑤部屋にセイフティボックスがない。←聞くとフロントに預けろと。出し入れする際、毎回こんな不愉快をするのならと、いつもパスポートは持ち歩きました。 一事が万事、通常のホテルとしての最低機能が欠けていますので、一部の方の例外を除き、一般の利用は避けられた方が賢明です。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
