Reception desk very helpful with stay, arranging arrival and departure taxis and directing us to various areas of town. We had 2 rooms on the (American) 3rd floor or European 2nd floor. Lift/elevator was modern and worked quite well. Rooms were adequate space, but low ceilng on one side of each room ensured multiple head bumps. Rooms were very clean […] as well as bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great in one room, not so well in other. Reception did try to make ac better in one room, but it could not keep up. Visited in July. Hotel Tilto, three star, small hotel (capacity 72 guests). Only two minutes walk to the Katedra and its Bell Tower, and thus on the edge of Vilnius Old City and Gedemino Avenue leading to the business centre. Great location. Some good restaurants nearby (Sue's Indian Restaurant, Zoe's Cafe, and Prie Katedra, a monastic micro-brewery in a cellar on Gedemino). Bathroom good, no tub, but heated towel-rail. Room with flat-screen TV (CNN the only English-language program, but numerous continental languages). The Hotel Tilto is right in the center of things just a couple of blocks from the Cathedral Square and right in old town. The Hotel is clean and in a historic building updated with a very plain and utilitarian decor. It was easy using the hotel as a base and walking around the old town because everything is quite close.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Only had one breakfast, which was poor, little choice and not much left at 9am. Bar and restaurant tiny, and food over priced and poor. Don't let that put you off though. Great bar over the street, and well located to the heart of Vilinus, we had a great time here.

This hotel was great - basic enough but I think they had nicer rooms - we had 102 which was at the front of the hotel right on the street and not far from reception so I expected it to be noisey - but guess what - not a peep... I stayed in this hotel to watch the Eurobasket games convinced from the reviews that this was an excellent choice. It proved to be a decent hotel but with some minor issues. For example there was no way to heat the room (central heating was off) so if you like it cold fine, if not, tough! Greit hotel i forhold til pris. Hotellet hadde en datamaskin til bruk for gjestene, den var stort sett nede. Ellers var personalet hyggelig, smilende og behjelpelig når det behøvdes. Lite rom stort sett bare en dobbeltseng, men ok bad.Ligger sentralt til bare to min unna hovedgate (gedinimo prospekta) gangavstand til de fleste severdigheter.

Hotellet er ok, rommene er rene men dusjen blir et badekar da vannet ikke renner raskt nok ut når man dusjer. Om kvelden hører man nabon igjennom luftekanalene på hotellet og det kan være litt slitsomt. Maten er ok men den såkalte genuine irske baren ligne rmer et baderom fra 90 tallet med heldekkende fliser i spedt furumøbler.....

маленький уютный отель в самом центре старого Вильнюса. единственный минус далеко от остановок общественного транспорта, но если вы приехали осматривать достопримечательности, то он вам и не нужен :) вполне разнообразный завтрак (шведский стол, европейская кухня). очень уютный номер.

Our luggage went missing during our flight, but there was toothbrush/toothpaste kits in the room, free of charge (including the usual bodywash and shampoo). We were promptly notified by the hotel staff when our bag finally showed up. Es liegt direkt an der Straße und das erste Zimmer war zur Straße raus und damit recht laut (gegenüber liegt zudem ein kleiner Grünstreifen mit Bank, da feiern wohl manchmal die Jugendlichen). Das online gebuchte Zimmer war etwas günstiger als direkt vor Ort, allerdings war es auch wesentlich […] kleiner und wegen fehlender Duschwanne, Vorhang oder Schreibe steht dann das ganze Bad unter Wasser. (Deshalb hat sich auf die Türe verzogen und lässt sich nur geräuschvoll schließen.) Das zweite Zimmer war wesentlich besser: Es gab eine Duschkabine, das Zimmer war ruhig und viel größer. Das Frühstück ist gut, der Frühstücksraum im Keller aber nicht so schön. Die Lage ist super, man ist gleich am Kathedralenplatz und damit der Altstadt.
