"Oceanview"
On arrival I was escorted to a room which did. T fit my booking requirements. It reeked of smoke and contained a single bed when I had reserved a double. I was then made to wait in the corridor as the bellman opened numerous doors in front of me. When asked if the hotel was prepared for my arrival I was told to "relax"! I complained to the front desk […] manager who spoke to e bellman, then I was escorted to a suitable room. The following morning I was startled by the repeated slamming of doors, upon investigating I realized this was being done by the housekeeper as she cleaned the rooms on my floor.
