"飯店服務品質較差"
客房清潔度：不好，沒有很仔細的清理房間，入住的時候房間的垃圾桶竟然有前房客遺留的垃圾！櫃台服務員日文很強，但是英文很差，連我說"There's garbage in the trash can"他都聽不懂，請他上來看才知道我在說什麼，傻眼。入住三晚，每天都有東西忘記清理，杯子有水漬、垃圾未清、浴巾未換新、茶包咖啡棒沒補；甚至廁所的衛生紙用完也沒補，我乾脆用房間面紙使用，不然就糗大了？房間是很寬敞啦有提供電腦可用，但是電腦一打開就會狂跳廣告拖慢速度，關也關不掉(疑似中毒)，也沒的用。晚上樓下是酒店街！三更半夜會有喝醉的人在樓下大叫喔！總之是個不太愉快的住宿經驗。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"このホテルは"
このホテルは、中心街から近いという情報だったため、短期の滞在であったので選択したが、風俗店の通りの中にあり、連れ込みホテルのようなところだった。 禁煙室を頼んだが、喫煙室に案内され、何度も強く抗議した末に、よく喚起したので他の喫煙室で我慢してくれといわれて、3日間の滞在で、3部屋替わった。 ５階の部屋は天井が高く６ｍくらいあった。９階の部屋は、部屋の高さは、２．５ｍくらい。 テレビが大きいといううたい文句もあるが、ベッドの足元に大体、テレビがセットされていて、ベッドに寝転がらないとテレビが見えない。 ラブホテルみたいなところだから、窓が小さくて、照明が凝っているのだけど、部屋が薄暗い。 私が宿泊したときの、このホテルの評価点は８．０点だったので、ある程度良いと判断したのだけど、評価の点の […] つけ方は、そのホテルに泊まる客層のレベルが判断するもので、３つ星、４つ星に宿泊しているビジネス客にとっては、１つ星にも値しないホテルである。 バスルームもどの部屋も問題がある。 ジェットバスがついていたので、使用したところ、２０－３０分するとジェットバスのパイプの中のたぶん垢やごみが でてきて、バスの回りに黒いコーヒーの絞りかすのような汚いかすが一杯出てきて、すぐに湯船から飛び出した。 別の部屋でも同じ状況で、ジェットバス自体相当な汚れのようだ。 試しに１時間ジェットバスをつけっぱなしにしたら、それは恐ろしい汚さになった。見るのも嫌。気持ち悪い。 それとトイレとバスとシャワーが同じ部屋なのだが、シャワーはバスの中では使用できないようになっていて、トイレに座りながら浴びなければいけない状態。惨めです。 このトイレシャワーバスの部屋と寝室の高さの差が１ｃｍくらいしかないので、シャワーを浴びた後は寝室が水浸しである。シャワーを浴びた後に部屋の掃除をするのも一苦労。 部屋のエアコンの調整がうまくできないので、窓が小さいため、シャワーの後は部屋が湿気で蒸し返している。 インターネットは、各部屋にデスクトップPCが配置されているが、個人情報を入力するのは危険だと思った。 使用してみて、セキュリティが甘いと感じたので。 自分のノートPCを使用したのだが、ホテルから、設置されているPCの後ろについているコードを自分で引き抜き自分のPCに挿してくれとのこと。部屋に設置のPCは大型なのと、木箱に入っているので、このPCをひっくり返すのに一苦労。 総合的に、述べると、このホテルはラブホテル目的のためのホテルのようなつくりだ。 デザイナーズホテルのように一見、設備や内装を綺麗にしているように見えるが、ただ、いろいろ装飾しているだけで、それぞれの設備は、一貫性がなく、使い勝手が非常に悪い。 新しく入ったばかりの部屋のシーツにもほこりが、いろいろついていたり、デスクも飲みかけのしみが残っていたり、場末のラブホテルみたいな感じ。 受付けは、一応、係りがいるが、ホテルの設備のことを知らない。電話の外線をかけた場合の料金を聞いても、使った後に表示された分を請求するという答えだけ。これではいくら請求されるのか怖くてできない。 室内が暗いので、デスクの上についていたライトのつけ方が分からないのでどうつけるのか聞いたところ、係りも分からないとのこと。 夜、８時ころホテルに帰ると、周辺が風俗店で一杯であるため、呼び込みの客引きが気持ち悪い。 韓国の知り合いに聞いたところ、すぐ隣の店は、時間内でアルコールの飲み放題で、口内発射のキャバクラだとのこと。 夜はホテルを出入りするたびに、呼び込みの数十人はいる客引きの視線を集めるので、気味が悪い。 ２度と泊まりたくないどうしようもないホテルである。 他の人のレビューで、いいことを書いている場合は、上記のことに気がついていないはずである。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
