Even though I had stayed at one of the full suite, the set-up of the room was weird. In addition to a King size bed, there is an extra double or queen size bed in the living room area, and there is no partition between the bedroom and living room. The bathroom is huge, but no partition or curtain for the shower booth; so, if you take shower, the floor […] will be wet and slippery. You have curtain next to the bath tub; you can put the curtain into the tub and take shower. That will be a solution, but not desirable one. Moreover, you can smell strong ordor of chlorine in bath towel, and some retained stains on the towels. Oops!! The staffs are eager to help, and the location is not too bad since it is walking distance to the Seoul Train Station, Namdaemoon Market and downtown. "Fine stay"
We enjoyed our stay. The room was quite large and clean. We were upgraded at check-in, and the "upgraded" room met my expectations. I'm not sure about the 'basic' rooms. It was VERY hot during our trip so walking wasn't much fun. Location is a bit hard to find but is otherwise excellent for downtown area. Easy 10 minute walk to either RR station or City Hall Plaza area. Price is good for Seoul hotels. "Ok, disappointing for a Ramada hotel"
The hotel was a little disappointing having stayed at 2 other Seoul hotels, the service in this hotel was slow and we encountered a number of issues. Upon arrival our non-smoking room smelt very strongly of stale smoke and we asked to change the room. We had to wait for about half an hour in reception, and it was only after chasing that we were finally […] offered another room. On the final morning, we had no hot water in the room, when we informed the reception they didnt seem too bothered about it. I thought we were paying for a room with wifi, but in fact only the reception area has free wifi, the room has internet connections but you have to pay for it separately - this is the only hotel in the many hotels we stayed in South Korea where this was the case. For a Ramada hotel I was disappointed in the service. On the plus side - there is a mini kitchen area, with a washer-dryer, hob and cupboards.The hotel does sell small washing powder boxes which costs about 3000 won. We booked for 9 nights for this hotel. I was a little bit dissapointed with the lobby area, which was very small. The hallway to the rooms, wasn't so impressive. The shower area was large but didn't like the water flow. Didn't like the lifts, as they were sooo slowww. 전반적으로 친절함은 좋았으나 아쉬운점이 상당수 있었음. 일단 이유는 모르겠으나 한단계 상위급 스위트룸으로 무료 업그레이드 해주었기에 만족감을 가지고 방을 들어갔지만 청결상태는 5점 중 3점. 정리 정돈은 깔끔했지만 곳곳에 머리카락이 몇가닥 보였고 apt 타입의 호텔이라 싱크가 있는데 환기구 찬장이 열려있는 상태였음. 직원들은 대체로 친절한편. 룸서비스는 메뉴가 너무 적고 딱히 특징이 없음. 가격대에 부합하는 만족도라고 생각되나 라마다의 이름을 놓고 봤을때 아쉬운점이 있음. 쉐라톤과 메리어트를 주로 이용하지만 가격대를 비교하면 라마다도 괜찮은 옵션이라고 생각됨.Genuine Expedia guest review

"残念ですが・・・"
ホテルの設備、立地には満足していますが、二つほどおススメできないポイントがありました。一つ目はHotels.comからは朝食付きの予約をしたのですが、ホテルフロントでは朝食なしになっていました。調べるように頼んだのですが、確認に時間がかかり、2回の朝食のうち1回は食べることが出来ませんでした。2日目は部屋にミールクーポンが入っており、食べることが出来ましたが、スミマセンの一言もありませんでした。これはHotels.comのミスか、ホテル側のミスかは未だ分かりません。二つ目はバスルームのシャンプーボトルの底に黒い水カビがこびりついていました。おそらくしばらく使っていない部屋だったと思います。かなりのディスカウントプライスなので、しがないと思いましたが、次に泊まるかどうかは分かりません。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"南大門に近いよ"
