"service level disapointment"
Stay for two nights first morning I request for morning call service later found out in morning they did not manage to input morning call info into the system. On the check out day the entire floor did not get any water in the shower so I request for service man to check and i waited 1 hour and call the front desk why isn't he here yet they said they […] are fixing the problem another 30min later they instead ask me to use public sauna which were run individually and shared with public customers. Lastly during my period of travel the tempdrature was below zero degree and figure out the room boiler system was old the lobby said it had to.wait 3 or 4 hr to get it on fully. 2BEDルームに1EXTRのトータル3BEDで予約するも、1KING1SGLの2BEDの部屋にアサインされる。フロントに予約と違う旨予約確認書を見せ説明するも、自分たちの非を認めず埒が明かない。挙句の果て「予約とエクスペディアの問題で、わたしたちフロントでは分からない。」との言い草。信じられない。こちらも引かない。DUTY MGRを呼ぶ。客かホテルかいずれかの責任かを問うとようやく謝罪の言葉が出た。この日はFULLY BOOKとのことで、アサインされた部屋にEXT BEDを入れて宿泊する。翌日のROOM CHGで双方合意。約束が間違いなく実行されるように、DUTY MGRに確認書を書かせる。 これらの対応に要した時間、約１時間。低い日本語スキルのため全て英語で対応。英語に弱い人だと泣き寝入 […] りの可能性大である。 タオル・アメニティーは普通だが、とにかくドブ臭い。エントランスから居室まで臭い。 開業以来４年経つがタクシードライバーの認知度は高くない。カンナムのラマダに行こうとするドライバー多数。また帰国の際、空港鉄道のソウル駅に行くのに直接西側の駅に向かいuターンするのではなく東口から大回りする車があるので注意すべきである。 デラックスルームでも、洗浄便座の設備はナシです。 このホテルに宿泊するには、心の広さ、困難を受容できる高い精神性が要求されます。 自信のある方、良かったらチャレンジしてみてください♪ Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
