Hotel was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is a plus as we were able to walk to pretty much everywhere except Dongdaemun. "Fraser Place Hotel was the best part of this trip."
Didn't care much for Korea in general...but the hotel was beautiful. Recommended by a friend, we rented a spacious 2 bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen and all the appliances, closet space galore... Were it not for the hotel and a few other food-related experiences we had in Seoul, this trip would have been a complete bust. 밖에서 숙박을 해야 하는 경우 자주 이용하는 호텔 중 하나입니다. 호텔이 깨끗하고 주변에 맛집도 아주 많고, 정동길/덕수궁 시청 등등 아주 가깝습니다. 이 호텔에서 숙박후 하루만에 정동길, 덕수궁, 시청, 청계천, 광화면공원, 경복궁, 인사동, 명동, 남대문 모두 관광시켜줬습니다. 제가 좋아하는 이유 중 또 하나는 조식!!! 항상 과식해서 힘들정도로 맛있게 먹습니다. 저렴한 편은 아니지만, 관광하기에 좋은 위치라 늘 손님이 많습니다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"レジデンス初使用でしたが良かったです。"
とにかく部屋が広い！！ スタッフの対応も良かったです。日本語も出来ますが、通じない場合は英語が堪能です。 ホテルと違ってアダプタがないと日本のプラグが使えません。ただしレンタルできました。 タオルは毎日変えに来てくれます。 ホテルキーで自分の階にしか行けないのでセキュリティー面もいいと思います。 冬時期は部屋が乾燥気味なので今回は使わなかったけれど加湿器のレンタルを使うといいかもしれません。 朝食は土日ともに混んでいて並んでました。 結局、裏にセブンがあるのでそこで買って部屋で食べたり南大門まで行って朝食したりしました。 キッチンがついている部屋の宿泊だったので部屋で自分たちで調理が出来て便利でした。 インチョン空港発着の場合、ホテルまでは空港バス（6005番）に乗ると道路を挟んですぐのとこ […] ろで停車します。所要時間はだいたい１時間２０分です。アクセスも悪くありません。 南大門までは徒歩圏。明洞やソウル駅までは地下鉄乗継で行くか、徒歩でも可能な距離です。 長期滞在の場合はかなりいいですね。 また機会があれば使いたいです。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"もう少し居心地が良いかと思っていました"
今回このホテルを利用させて頂きましたが正直いまいちでした。 フロントの接客は、良いと思いますが、朝食等は、満席でなかなか席に着くことが出来ませんでした。あらかじめ混み時間等を、連絡して頂いてれば調整は出来たと思います。 部屋のシーツも前日の物でした。 夜ホテルに帰ろうとしたときホテルの照明が分かりづらくホテルを見つけづらかったように思います。 このホテルで特に良いところが見つかりません。すみません！！ 次回からは、利用しないと思います。Genuine Expedia guest review

"広くて快適！"
３人で２ベットルームを利用しました。リビングがとっても広く、解放感がありました。大きくはありませんが、お風呂やサウナもあり、ホテル滞在型のバカンスには良いかなーと思います。 フロントの方は英語が堪能ですが、ベルボーイ？のような方は、 英語も日本語もあまり堪能ではなかったようで、若干コミュニケーションに 困りましたが、気になるほどではありませんでした。 あと朝食はブッフェスタイルですが、味は。。。という感じです。 好みの問題だと思いますが。Genuine Expedia guest review
"隣戸の音が筒抜けです。"
私は航空便の関係上、一泊だけで、かつ深夜２時にチェックインしたのですが、深夜にも関わらずチェックインはスムーズにいきました。 到着当初は問題のないように思え、結構満足できそうだと考えていたのですが、いざベットに入り就寝しようとしたところ、しばらくして隣戸から子供の泣き声が聞こえてきました。 どうやら隣は韓国の人で小さいお子様2名程とご夫婦のようです。（このことは聞こえてくる音でわかりました） 最初は気にせずに少しは寝ようとしたのですが、音はかなり筒抜けです。 朝方4時頃また小さい赤ちゃんのような泣き声で目覚めました。 これで起きてしまった私は6時くらいまで寝付けません。しばらくすると、4歳くらいと思われる子供が目覚めたらしく、騒いで走り回っています。家族4人とも起きてもうとても眠れる状態では […] ありません。 仕方なく、フロント階まで降りてフロントに相談し、部屋を変えてほしいと申し出たのですが、一泊のみの宿泊との理由で却下されてしまい、結局よく寝むれないままこのホテルをチェックアウトすることになりました。 こんなことからサービスという点では最低だと思った次第です。 朝食も席が足りないため、9時以降は結構待ちます。これも評価が落ちる原因となりました。朝食待ちの人が多いため、ビュッフェになっていても席を立って戻ってきたときには次の客の人が案内され座っている始末、一人客だとおちおちお代わりで席も立てない状況でした。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
