The room was much smaller than expected, smelled of stale cigarettes although it stated it was non-smoking, and was located above a VERY noisy patio. However, the bed was super comfortable and the coffee, though weak, was not that instant concoction served in most Korean hotels. The neighborhood didn't have much in the way of shopping but was very convenient […] to the subway and bus systems. The Express bus to the airport picked up right across the street and there was a 7-11 and a Starbucks practically next door. The front desk staff was less than helpful in every matter that was brought to them. For instance, when asked if the bus to the airport would be running (THEY were selling me the ticket) due to the current Typhoon, they told ME to check the internet. I usually try to stay at Best Westerns in general but I will try a different one on my next trip to Seoul. Read more

I spent 1 night here and it was fine. I was between flights from Incheon and Gimpo. The KAL bus from Incheon goes straight to the hotel and a taxi to gimpo was only about 10,000. My only complaint was that the room was tiny. I'm glad I was traveling alone.

it is close to the business district and therefore if you are not high on luxury stay this is a good ok business hotel to be in. The rooms are though very unorganized. No Wi-Fi service in the rooms means you are stuck on the desk while doing your work. the chairs given are not comfortable. The House Keeping staff was a serious let down. Practically very few in the staff speaks english and it can be a bit of struggle. though the bell boys and the room service staff is good and try best to make you comfortable. The AC was broke or something, it simply never got to the temperature i was setting it too. it had mind of its own. but since i was out a lot so did not bother me much. Plus the rooms are very noisy, you can practically hear every one on the floor if they open or close their doors. I could hear every thing the next door neighbors were doing or watching on TV. I think for this price everything is decent. Close to MTR station, just that the station is far a bit far away from other tourist stations. Not much stuff you can do around this area. Hotel guys are friendly. Room is a bit small but in Seoul, everything is small, so be prepared. They charge you for making local calls.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and i managed to get great rates from Hotels.com. Transfer from Incheon is convenient as it is within the airport limousine bus route(No. 6015). Quite a number of […] restaurants behind the hotel and across the main road but i didn't manage to try any. Breakfast was not included with the room rates. I did try the buffet breakfast, the spread was adequate but a bit costly. They have the american breakfast(toast, beans, bacon,sausage, eggs), local fare(rice, seaweed soup, kimchi), japanese(miso soup), porridge and cereal and fruits. However, the hotel staff were aloof and not very friendly. I informed the hotel in advance that my check in will be late evening. Upon arrival we settled for meal at the hotel bar. We were informed that it close at midnight and since it was only 10.30pm we could still order our food. The waiters and manager were not friendly and infact they were impatient. We were too tired having just arrive to go out for food. A band was playing and there were 3 other tables occupied. We quickly finished our meal and retired to our rooms. Needless to say we did not go to the bar again. The service really needs improvement. Also if you are planning for a shopping trip, this hotel is not in a convenient location for you. Read more

1박을 해서 특별하게 느낀 점은 없지만, 금액 대비 적당한 수준의 호텔인 것 같습니다. 다만, 시내에 위치하고 있고 교통 편의성이나 위치는 아주 좋은 듯 합니다. 호텔 청결함이나 관리도 일반적인 수준이라, 특별할 것도 없고, 그렇다고 부족한 것도 없는 것 같습니다. 주차장에서 짐을 이동할 때, 계단을 이용해야 해서 다소 불편한 점이 있었습니다.

근처에 결혼식이 있어 그 전날 묵었는데, 전체적으로 양호하고 괜찮은 편입니다. 하지만 주말에는 이 호텔에서도 결혼식이 있는지 너무 북적북적하고, 주차장 이용도 자리가 없어서 다른데 주차하라 하고, 차라리 결혼식에 온 사람들을 다른데 주차를 시켜야지.. 기껏 예약하고 왔는데 주차땜에 버림받는 기분... 나갈일이 있어 나중에 다시 주차했는데, 기계식 주차라 주차도 일일이 직원분이 해주긴 하십니다.. 하지만 놀러 왔다가 차로 나갔다 들어왔다하면 많이 불편할듯 합니다. 매번 주차도장 받아야 하거든요.

この価格では相応。豪華な滞在には向かないが、そこそこの予算でハズしたく無い人向き。日本で言うところの、ちょっと古めのビジネスホテル。ツインに宿泊したが、スーツケースはベッドで広げる感じ。部屋も年季が入ってきているが、清掃はキチンとされており基本的な宿泊には支障無い。中心街からは地下鉄移動になるものの、麻浦駅のすぐそばで地下鉄アクセスは良好、タクシー乗り場も目の前、空港バスも一駅目と移動は便利。

5か月前までこのホテルの近所に住んでいたので、土地勘があるのでここを選びました。部屋は古びた感じで、ウォシュレットもありません。シャンプーリンス、ボディーソープはビジネスホテルのような一体型のものがありますが、歯ブラシはありませんので忘れずに持っていった方がいいですね。5号線マポ駅と孔徳駅の中間にあり、孔徳駅近くのＥマート、ロッテスーパーにも徒歩圏内、バス停が近い、マックやサブウェイ、パリバゲット、美味しい焼き肉屋さんなどの食べ物屋さんもあるのでリピーター向けかも。。。 ただ、お風呂の流れがとても悪く、シャワーを使い続けるとなかなか流れないのが困りました。部屋には帰って寝るだけと割り切りましたが、気持ちのいいものではなかった。部屋のＷＩＦＩはよく途切れました。ロビーにインターネット部屋があり […] ますが、パソコンはないのでＵＳＢで充電しようと思っていましたができませんでした。 Read more

急遽韓国に１人で行く事になり、ぎりぎり取れたのがこのホテルでした。 シングルの部屋に泊まったんですが、部屋は特に悪くもないし特別良いわけでもないけど、寝る分だけなら全然良いと思います。シャワートイレも普通でした。仁川空港からリムジンバスが出ていて、一番最初の停留所がホテルの目の前なので便利でした。帰りもホテルの前の信号渡ってちょっと左に行けば、仁川空港までのリムジンバスが出ているので安心です。変圧器もフロントで言えば貸してもらえたのでありがたかったです。Wi-Fiはホテルの一階ならありました。部屋にはたまーーーーに繋がるぐらいなので、部屋はWi-Fiないと思ってた方がいいです。 ホテルの場所的にも、弘大や明洞や東大門のに行きやすいところだったと思います。 地下鉄の麻浦駅がホテル前の信号渡って […] 左に行ったらすぐあるので、便利でした。 Read more

2012年5月、2泊しました。金浦空港から地下鉄で25分くらい、麻浦駅から徒歩3分の立地です。設備は新しくありませんが、泊まるだけなら問題はないと思います。宿泊した部屋は、浴室にある備え付けのドライヤーと洗面台のコンセントが通電不良で壊れていました。フロントに電話をすると、代わりのドライヤーを持ってきてくれましたが、洗面台のコンセントは最終日まで使えず。あまり直す気はなさそうです（笑）。日本語もそこそこ通じますし、スタッフの対応も決して悪くはないのですが...。

ホテルの目の前の通りに仁川空港行きのリムジンバスのバス停があったり、地下鉄麻蒲駅から歩いてすぐだったので、その意味ではとても便利だと思います。 しかし、公共機関を使い慣れていない場合、明洞などに行くのは少し離れている場所かなと思いました。 ホテルではロビーでのみwi-fiが使えました。部屋で使う場合は有線LANが必要でした。 部屋は十分な広さでした。が、髪の毛や使用済み絆創膏が落ちていたりして、少し残念な感じでした。 とはいえ、慣れれば便利な場所だと思うので、また利用するかもしれません。

今回は金浦空港からのアクセスだったため、地下鉄1本で行けるこのホテルを選びました。 まずフロントですが、常時、日本語を話せるスタッフはいないようでチェックイン時は英語対応になりました。また本来14時チェックインですが、12時にチェックインさせて頂いたことは助かりました。 次は部屋についてですが、ソファーやバスルームは老朽化していると感じました。 しかし、清掃は行き届いていたため不愉快な思いはしませんでした。

場所、内装文句なし。おいしい食べ物屋さんや居酒屋も近く、地下鉄にも近く便利でしたが、どうしても消えない電灯がポット置き場。一晩中点いていて寝られませんでした。真っ暗を希望される方には落ち着かないでしょう。 　あとは、市内の情報を聞きたかったのですが、フロントはあまりご存知なかったようで、コンシエルジュで尋ねようにもコンシエルジュデスクらしき所はいつも空席。サービス面で少し難あり。

I chose this hotel because they say they have "wireless" internet. Unfortunately, they dont provide inroom "wireless" internet which is let me down. It might look close to Myeongdong but its actually not. it takes about 30 min by subway to get there. If you want to say late to shop do not stay here. The cost for taxi might just cover the difference […] you have to pay to stay in Myeongdong. Facility is good. It has got everything average American hotels have. ホテル選びも私の趣味の１つなので６泊で２箇所のホテルを選びましたが共に１泊するならというビジネスホテルクラスという感じでした。こちらのホテルは　まず遅番のフロントがかなり事務的で５話しても１０話しても　１で返答するタイプです。コミュニケーション取りずらいです。有線ＬＡＮのある小さなデスクがあってチェアーの無い不思議な部屋だったので隣の掃除中の部屋を確認後チェアーが存在するのを確認。チェアーを用意するように依頼する電話を２回した後　音沙汰無し。フロントに直接出向きクレームを言うも何事も無かったかのような　すぐに用意しますとの寒い対応。理解不能でした？？このフロントメンバーの際は終始こんな感じでした。また　絶対にお勧めできない理由といたしまして　部屋は小さめは承知のことなのですが　壁が薄いのか　 […] その他に問題があるのか異常なくらい音が抜けてくるのです。廊下の声、左右両隣の部屋の声とまるでドルビーサラウンド状態です。多いとき年間で２００日以上ホテル利用をしますが正直ホテルでこんな部屋を経験したことがありません。 修学旅行や団体旅行客で商売をしているようで毎日のように団体さんが夕方辺りにドドーっとロビーに溢れてきます。私の部屋あったフロアーは団体受け入れフロアーのようで朝の１０時ぐらいまでうるさく　その後～１７時ぐらいまでは静かで　またその後えらいうるさくなります。両隣の話し声、テレビの音、ドアの開け閉めの音は隣にいるかのように聞こえます。また夜は隣のグラスに飲み物を注ぐ音まで聞こえます。ちょっと異常です。ちなみに１１０Ｖのコンセントは無いのでフロントで借りれます。電気湯沸しアリ。ドライヤーアリ。トイレはウォシュレットは無し。テレビは液晶。冷蔵庫あり。毎日小さいボトルのミネラルウォーター１本サービス。部屋はかなり狭い。マポ【麻浦】駅から歩いてすぐ。６番線利用の場合　孔徳駅まで歩いていった方がいいかも。【ホテルを右の出てそのまま直進で５分かかりません】 Read more

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Seoul. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen dauert locker 1,5 Stunden. Da wir von Einheimischen Freunden gefahren wurden, dauerts aufregulaerem Wege sicher laenger. Das Hotel ist sauber und hat ein sehr freundliche Mitarbarbeiter. Allerdings sind die Zimmer wie ueberall in Korea sehr klein. Die Metro ist knapp 7 Gehminuten entfernt […] und sehr einfach zu erreichen. Wir hatten zwei Nachte im Hotel gebucht und laenger muss der Aufenthalt auch nicht sein.
