"Go to sleep, and nothing else"

"Minor Disappointing Issue"
Entire hotel stay is pretty good. The only dis-appointing issue is we arrived just after 6 AM. We saw the hotel's shuttel bus at their pick up area. However, they only allow airline crews to be shuttled at that time. Their earliest shuttle for non-crew hotel guests is 7:50 AM. The shuttle keeps on picking up crews several times while we wait for 7:50 […] AM. The shuttle of Hyatt Incheon wanted to help us, but, he can only drop us off at Hyatt which we need to walk to Best Western. Their rule on shuttle bus time is very strict. Our Korean itinerary was complicated, but made simple by Sheraton's willingness to store some of our luggage the day before we checked in. We arrived the day of check in just before noon and were treated magnificently. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room with a full bathtub (a luxury in Korea) and fantastic view from the 33rd floor. The Best Western Premier is conveniently located near to the Incheon International airport and is a good location to stay if you have business in this part of Seoul or if you are waiting on a connecting flight. While the location was great the service was non existent. The staff were less than accommodating and not helpful. My flight arrived at 3.30 am and the next flight was at 5pm. I was told that the shuttle will not arrive until 7 am and that I could only check in at noon and will have to pay extra to check in the morning. The whole point of getting a hotel was to rest, shower and eat before my flight left that evening. I then spoke to the manager and she was helpful […] and waived the extra fee and allowed the early check in. But i had to take a cab the hotel the hotel for $10 USD ( for 3 minute drive). "清潔とはいいがたい"
空港からシャトルバスが出ているということで，予約しました。 チェックインの際のフロントの対応はよく，部屋に足を踏み入れたときの印象は，「当たり」かなと思ったのですが… ほかの人のレビューにもありましたが，タオルが汚く，２枚備えつけてあったうちの１枚は染みがついていて，もう１枚は髪の毛がついていました。とても使う気になれず，持参した自分のタオルを使いました。 ベッドのシーツはきれいでしたが，掛け布団自体が臭く，眠れない夜を過ごしました。 わたしは１泊だったので，フロントにも言わず我慢しましたが，もし連泊する予定だったなら，フロントに申し出るか，宿泊そのものをキャンセルしたかもしれません。Genuine Expedia guest review
