"Pienet huoneet mutta ystävällinen palvelu"
Tässä hotellissa on erittäin pienet huoneet (mikä ei Japanissa ole poikkeus), mutta hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Henkilökunnan englanninkielen taito on vähän ohut, mutta englannilla kuitenkin pärjää. Check-in ei tahdo oikein onnistua ennen klo 14. Erityiskiitoksen ansaitsee japanilainen aamiainen. Ensikertalaiset: huomatkaa, että […] tämä hotelli on Shin-Osakan rautatieaseman vieressä, EI siis Osakan päärautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Shin-Osaka on kuitenkin kätevä sijainti, sillä sen kautta pääsee junalla erinomaisesti esimerkiksi Kiotoon puolessa tunnissa ja edullisesti. Hotellin löytämistä helpottaa huomattavasti, jos Shin-Osakan asemalla suuntaa ensin JR-junien lähtöalueelle ja siitä vielä eteenpäin itäexitille. "Budget hotel, don't expect too much"
The location is a bit far than expected, but still within walkable distance. There is no shop or convenient store nearby. All the shopping have to be done somewhere else like osaka station or namba etc. It is good for budget travellers but not for shopping or relaxation trip. The room basically is very small but clean. This was among the best experiences in Japan so price vs. expectation was actually exceeded. No disturbing noise even right next to railway tracks. Service in checkin-in & check-out were doing a good job and were all able to communicate well in English, which is not guaranteed in Japan even in larger hotels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
