"急遽連泊しました。"
仕事で一日利用する予定でしたが、朝までになってしまったのでフロントに電話で一日連泊出来るか聞いたら、一回チェックアウトしてから16時のチェックインで入って貰います。と言われ更に料金が土曜日金額で2万3000円？位になると言われました。私は携帯でアプリも持っているし、じゃらんの会員でもあるのでその電話の後に携帯で予約した所、1万5000円くらいで部屋はとれました。今いる部屋は延長料金を払い午後2時まで滞在できるようにしましたが一度2時に出なきゃ行けないのか確認した所チェックインは、夕方16時からになっているから14時に出て16時に入ってと言われました。その間の2時間はどうする事も出来ないと言われて、え？と思いましたがホテルの都合もあるんだろうと思いロビーで時間潰せばいいやと思う事にして14時ま […] で少しでも寝ようと寝ました。1時頃にもう一度確認でフロントに電話してみると今度の人は感じがいい人で14時に出る時は次の部屋が変わるから荷物を持ってフロントに来てと言われ、その際に今のルームキーと次の部屋のキーを変えます。と言われました。でも、16時前は入れないんですよね？と聞くと入って大丈夫と言われました。延長してまでも寝たいから先に確認したのになって少しイラってしました。あと、車を停めるスペースが無くて近くのパーキングに止めていて1日で5000円になっていたから空いたら移動したいからと伝えたのに連絡が来る事はありませんでした。 2日間のパーキング料金は9800円になってました。連泊するのに合計3〜4万になってました。 壁が薄く掃除の方の話し声で全然寝れなかったし、凄く勿体無く感じました。あと、化粧落としが欲しくてフロントに電話した時も、フロントまで買いに来てと言われ非常識とは思いましたがホテルの羽織のままで買いに行きました。ホテルのサービスの悪さにも残念さを覚えました。サービス業であっても、忙しい時もあるしフロントを離れられない場合もある事ぐらい分かります。ただ、お時間掛かるかもしれませんが後でお部屋までお持ちします。と言えば急いで必要であれば買いに行きます。 今回、仕事と言っても水商売の為の利用で朝まで飲んで延長や延泊を御願いしてしまい御迷惑お掛けしましたが、私の場合子供に思われたりもするので見た目やお酒の入り具合を見てから、今回のようなサービスをしたのでしょうか？どっちにしろ気分悪いですが…。 このレビューをみてホテルからの返信が来る事を最後に望みます。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
