We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
The manager was congenial; the room was not what we saw on line and the manager said that the online rooms may have been more expensive than the room we had. We admit that we were disappointed but we settled in and enjoyed being back in Tokyo. I would pay more attention if we did this trip again and make sure we had a more suitable place than we had […] but we adjusted and the manager was always helpful when we needed help.
