"Very sm reception area and early checkout"
The inn is a business "hotel". The location is great. You will have to connect WiFi in the very crowded and small lobby. The room is clean but the air conditioner is installed in the room so it is very noisy when it is on. The inn has a check out policy at 10:00 AM, additional 1000 yen will be charged per hour. The staff are not familiar with the areas […] outside Tokyo Station and Ginza. They did not understand English well and honestly were not friendly as the staff at the other hotels where I stayed. Small new and clean room with three beds and good amenities. With baggage, it will be quite a long walk from Tokyo Station. Better to take subway that is closer.
