いくつかの機能をもたせた建物の中のホテルなのでいろんな制約があるのでしょうが、設計がちぐはぐです。1階の玄関に突然花屋があったり、ロビーが4階にあったり、ホテルの部屋に行くエレベータは3階か4階で乗り換えなければいけないが乗り場は人目につかないようなつくりになっていたり。でも部屋はお値段の割には広く、眺めもよく、空調もしっかり効いて快適でした。浜松町駅から少々歩かないといけませんが、ゆりかもめの竹芝駅はすぐそばなので、荷物が多いときや悪天候のときにはそちらを使うといいでしょう。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"ネットワーク"
部屋にはイーサネットケーブルがあったが、コンピュータがネットワークにつながらず、フロントに連絡したところすぐに人が来てくれた。結局部屋のスイッチのケーブルの接触不良か電源が切れていたようで、それを直してくれた。さらに部屋ではWiFiもつかえるとのことだったが、それもつながらなかった。ホテルの人からはじめに聞いたパスワードが間違っており、正しいパスワードを教えてもらってつなぐことができた。その後インターネットへの接続に問題はなく、接続速度も早くて快適だった。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
