Is close to Tokyo center but in a area where 95% dont speak any english, and I only meet 1 in the reception who spoke a little. "Did not live up to specifications"
The room was so small that the only place to have a suitcase open was on the bed. The specifications said wifi available in the room but only a weak signal was in the hallway. Good location though. Limited choice on breakfast, we did not eat at the hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
