For the money, this hotel is a good value. The rooms are a tad bigger than the usual business hotels. The bed was comfy and about a full sized mattress. The duvet blanket was comfy. As mentioned in the other reviews, its a block away from TCAT, so its easy transport to Haneda and Narita. The hotel itself, is situated in a business area, so not much […] happening at night and on weekends. Ningyocho is a few blocks away--its an interesting old neighborhood, with many little eateries and old shops. My only quibble was that my room was a tad dusty around the curtains, below the bed. The cleaning staff didnt do the best job (if at all) of cleaning my tub either. Other than that, the room felt overall clean. "Still a good hotel and not too expensive."
The problem is that our room didnt have a closet, which made it quite difficult for us to keep our stuff in a regular order. It is also deplorable that the hotels doesnt offer a WIFI Internet connection. I think the hotel should make an update concerning that problem.Genuine Expedia guest review

"房間小"
兩人住嫌擠，房間很小，大行李箱要喬好角度才能完全打開，再加上購物紙袋...整理行李有點困難。清潔人員該丟的垃圾不丟、不想丟的確被收走了！？備品沒有浴帽。交通從機場搭利木津巴士很方便，離地下鐵半藏門線水天宮前站也非常近，但大部分的景點都還是要換線轉乘，小麻煩。價錢非常合理，櫃檯服務人員也很有禮貌，願意回答疑問。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel per chi non ha pretese"
Il vantaggio più grande è indubbiamente la vicinanza alla metro e al terminal T-Cat, a 1 minuto a piedi (con bagaglio) di distanza, cosicchè si arriva a Narita di fronte ai check-in comodamente seduti sul Limousine bus. La colazione è nella hall, con un buffet un po' scarno ma buono. Ci si arrabatta un po', lo spazio è poco e c'è un continuo via vai, […] ma consideriamo che è offerta. Le camere sono molto piccole (finora la più piccola in cui sia stata). Il prezzo pagato, per tre notti con colazione e internet via cavo in camera compresa, è buono. La pecca più grande è che ho sempre dormito male, faceva troppo caldo e l'aria che usciva dal condizionatore per scaldare l'ambiente sapeva di polvere.
