Very good experience. Hotel was clean and room was small, but not incomfortable. Restaurant in hotel was good, with small servings. Expensive however, compared to restaurants in the area. "Great location for everything to do in Tokyo"
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it is still excellent. The room I had was small (but typical for Japan) but more than adequate with free LAN or WiFi. The view over Tokyo station and Ginza is breathtaking and you are well located for restaurants either in the station or nearby. There is a Tourist Information office in the adjacent […] building and the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly and speak excellent English. Everything is there. High class for less money (than e.g. Shangri-La). Yes, the rooms are smaller than in Europe but for Japan big enough. Everything else is perfect. 場所的にはとても便利な場所にあります。雨にぬれることなく地下に移動すること無くJR東京駅から行くことができます。ホテルもそれなりに奇麗ですが、何故か暗い照明で、ここまで暗くする理由がどこにあるのか少々疑問でした。部屋は奇麗ですが、この場所でこの金額ですから相当狭い事は否めません。長期ステーには全く向かないビジネス用のホテルと割り切る必要があります。スタッフの皆さんは可もなく不可もなく、ビジネスユースの短期滞在と割り切れば問題ありません（コンラッドやフォーシーズンズ等一流に比べてはいけません）Genuine Hotels.com guest review
