For the money I paid, I think it is a good deal for its convenience. The underground aisle connect to Shinjuku subway station and JR station directly. There are two convenience stores inside the hotel where you can buy drinks or food. You can take the Narita airport shuttlebus just outside the main entrance. It's a clean place to stay in an expensive area. Our room was in the Annex building -- possibly because it was non-smoking? Desk clerks were a bit standoffish but I am guessing that many of the guests are drunk and/or overworked local businesspeople. Room was quite small but not unexpectedly so. Stayed here years ago in the Main Buidling on a business trip. This time stayed 3 nights at the Annex Building for a holiday. Main plus point is the Airport Limo drops us from Haneda and pick us to Narita in front of the hotel. Otherwise, it is a good 15 minute walk to Shinjuku JR Station or the Tokyo Metro. Overall it had been a pleasant stay for myself and my wife. Although the room and toilet were quite small but that's typical in Japan, so nothing really to complain there. It's about 10min walk from Shinjuku main station and situated in West Shinjuku area. Hence there are plenty of nice restaraunts and bars close by. Lots of shopping and places to mock around nearby the Shinjuku area of course. Hence staying in this hotel was actually quite convenient for us as everything is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. LAN Internet available in the room with a small refrigerator. Considering the reasonable priced and clean rooms with the hotel located nearby the major areas of Shinjuku. It is highly recommended. Read more

Definately a great choice with the underground tunnel from Shinjuku train station to hotel. If you have to catch an early Narita Express at 6.55am - you love this convenience. The tunnel opens at 6am - only tricky part is to get your luggage down that escalator (not in service that early). Plus: The hotel, although being surrounded by a business district is really close to Shinjuku and the Shinjuku station. That makes it really easy going home late or just walking to or from shinjuku. The room was clean, and we enjoyed having our own little bathroom. The view was awesome too. Minus: The room was not at all like in the pictures on Hotels.com. […] I know that can happen, but the difference between the room we saw on the internet (modern, minimalistic etc.) was too far away from the room we got. My 2nd stay here. I had tought that there might be some changes, at least on the atitude of the front office staff. I was wrong. They are still unfriendly. It is pretty rare to find unfriendly staff from service sector in Japan but they are found here. The rooms are small and crampy. The walkway in the hotel room frm door to the bed is big enough for […] the width of my luggage. There is seriously not enough space to put 2 luggages (my wife and mine) flat on the ground. Mattress is hard. Bath room is small too and you can find black stains at edges of it. Worst, the plastic wall of the bath room is crack, a rather big one. And it is extremely stuffy, the moment I step into the room. Aircon is blowing warm air, perhaps it's winter and that makes it worse. Windows are seal tight so I was unable to let in cold air to get some relief. The walls of the room are actually not concrete so you can actually sometimes hear your neighbour's voices. Door is thn too which is the reason I kept hearing children running up and down or people talking. The plus point of this place is that the Airport Limousine stops directly at this hotel and it has an underpass link to Shinjuku Station (10 mins walk). That's all. Nope, will not give this place a third chance. Rather spend a bit more and get some peace and comfort for the night during my next Japan trip. Read more

We stayed in one of the tiniest room I guess. The toilet is like tat of a cabin. There ia totally not enought space for 2 luggages. The chair looks dirty. The room and bathroom are quite small but it is expected for Tokyo. A bit far away from JR station. The free wifi is fast when it work, but it tends to disconnect quite often. Having a Family Mart in the hotel is a plus. Coin ops washing machine is in the new building which you'll need to have a short walk on street.

신주쿠 근처이긴하나 조금 먼 감은 있습니다. 도보로 15분... 밤 늦게까지 신주쿠 근처 누비고 다녀도 걸어올 수 있으니 꽤 메리트 있습니다. 지하보도가 호텔 까지 연결되어 있어서 비오는날에도 이용할 수 있으나 10시 30분 정도되면 닫더군요.. 오후에 나가도 항상 갔다오면 청소되어 있고 관리상태 좋습니다. 생각보다 약간 작았던게 흠이긴 하지만 뭐 일본호텔은 크지는 않으니깐요... 객실에 냉장고와 드라이기, 샴푸, 칫솔, 치약, 면도기 등도 비치되어 있으니 따로 짐을 챙겨가지 않고 몸만 가더라도 편하게 이용가능합니다.

검색해보고 괜찮을것 같아서 갔는데, 일본호텔이 워낙작은건 알았지만, 심할정도로 답답했어요, 금연인 방을 달라고 해서인지, 창문도 안열리고, 창문도 안 닦아서 뿌옇게 되어있어서 밖에 잘 보이지도 않더라구요- 개인적으로 다시 머물고 싶진않네요-

할인쿠폰과 함께 사용해서 저렴하게 이용한것 같아요 아무래도 신주쿠 쪽은 비싸니까 조금 떨어진곳을 했는데 걸어다녀보니 생각보다 먼거리도 아니였어요 걸어다닐만했구요. 역시 일본 특유의 좁은 호텔이더라구요 비지니스 호텔같았어요. 두명이서 쓰기엔 생각보다 좁았지만 가격대비 위치가 좋은것 같네요

객실은 하도 작다작다해서 각오하고 갔는데 일본호텔을 아시는 분이라면 2인 더블룸 본관 전혀 불편없었습니다. 화장실도 깨긋하나 다만 리모컨처럼 소모품은 먼지가 끼어있었습니다. 역에서 걸어가면 15분정도 걸리고 신주쿠 서문출구에서 we버스 탑승하면 5분입니다. 저녁까지 놀다들어갈땐 걸어가기 다리가 너무 아프네요. 다음번엔 역에서 더가까운 호텔에 머물고 싶습니다. 참고로 a1버스도 호텔앞에 섭니다. 택시로는 기본요금 710에ㅣㄴ 혹은 800엔 나옵니다.

距离新宿站只需要10分钟路程，新宿站到哪里都比方便，大约相当于北京的CBD区的样子，酒店办理入住和退房超级自助便捷（自动收卡机），房间虽小但是在日本已经算是较好的设施设备了，工作人员服务很热心，住起来很自由，全程没受到过任何打扰，就办住的时候逗留了一下前台之后就像自己家一样自由了。如果是为了省钱有观光目的地的同学最好直接住目的地，推荐！

This Hotel has a good position in Tokyo. You can walk to Metro Shinjuku only 6~8 minutes. And the room of this Hotel is comfortable and clean. The bed size for single man is just ok. Bien situé mais les chambres sont minuscules. Pratique pour une nuit . A noter : du fait du très grand nombre de chambres attente parfois longue aux ascenseurs et internet très lent voir impossible de se connecter entre 18 h et 21 h: Pour résumer: trop cher pour la prestation délivrée.
