We booked a semi-double room and it was a bit cramped. I know it is to be somewhat expected in Tokyo but the bed was barely larger than a standard twin bed. A bit snug for my sister and I. Beginning with everything great: 1) Very good staff were friendly, spoke English(not all but MOST DO) & helpful 2) Hotel was expectedly small but clean, ample free-for-your-use items (toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, hairbrush, etc) 3) Free in-room WIRED internet service (which you have to set up yourself) 4) Free (but limited timing) shuttle service 5) […] Near a Family Mart (24 hr convenience store) 6) Very near Chuo park (Just across) 7) Good walk if you would like to observe the buildings in Shinjuku 8) You can walk down to Yoyogi Harajuku (If you have a sense of direction & super walking shoes!) Things not-so-good: 1) LOCATION. This is by far the worst thing I can say about this hotel. Definitely not for one if you're intending to explore Tokyo the whole day and return with aching backs/legs/feet only to realise that you have to walk through the HUGE very-many-different-lines-stations-and-a-million-exits SHINJUKU station (there are Shinjuku Toei, Keio, JR, Metro lines which are joint to each other and each having about 10-15 or more exits?). So, be prepared, to walk... A LOT because Shinjuku is not a 5 minute walk to the hotel.. for sure. It is at least 15 -20 minutes (on average speed) with several roads to cross, due to energy conservation, several street lamps are off (so expect some parts surrounding to be dark) - depending on which of the 2 closer exits you come out by (Tokyo Metropolitan Centre exit OR Shinjuku Washington City Hotel) I happened to have had long days and caught a 3-day rain (due to typhoon). Wet, cold, tired, aching, hungry and had to walk, because the shuttle bus was off-service. 2) LIMITED SHUTTLE SERVICE. Understandable, but very important. This service can save you a lot of physical pain and might be the turning point in you missing your flight home. The room is bigger than I thought, air-con is not strong enough and I need to open the window to get some refresh air.With this price, the room size, and shuttle bus provided, really nothing to complaint. If their shutte bus schedule can extended from 11am to 3pm, as well as until 10:30pm, i think it is more convernience.

鬧中取靜的環境~ 飯店有到新宿西口的接駁班車挺方便的，但要是錯過最後一班接駁車 可能就要徒步約5分鐘回飯店了。對面有個中央公園 每天清晨出門總是感覺空氣很好，飯店服物人員態度良好，房間也大致乾淨 該有的都有 可能插頭比較少一點 對於隨身攜帶較多電子產品的人比較不方便

Lugnt läge; hotellet ligger 15 minuters promenad från Shinjuku station, åt "fel" håll, dvs genom ett tråkigt höghusdistrikt och en park. Det går visserligen en shuttle bus var 20:e minut under morgon och eftermiddag, men jag […] kommer nog ändå välja ett mer centralt hotell nästa gång. Minus för routern och nätverkskabeln man får (i stället för wifi) för att kunna använda internet på rummet - det gör det krångligt att vara online två stycken samtidigt. 신주쿠역과 가까운 비지니스 호텔을 알아보던중에 호텔평도 좋고 가격도 적당한 호텔이어서 이용하게 됬어요~ 로비에 한국어로 된 지도도 있고 해서 편하게 이용했습니다. 또 호텔버스가 있어서 그거 타고 신주쿠역에서 호텔까지 편히 움직일 수 있었네요. 한가지 좀 불편했던 점은 호텔버스 이용 시간이 좀 짧다는거? 그거빼고는 다 괜찮았던것 같아요.

가격이 저렴하고 후기도 그닥 좀 좋지 않아서 걱정을 했었는데요 생각보다 깔끔하고 시설도 좋고 청결하고 너무너무 좋았습니다. 가격대비 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 직원분들도 친절했구요 바로 앞이 도쿄도청이라 바깥 배경도 좋고 다만 역이랑 떨어져서 셔틀버스를 탄적도 있지만 시간대가 잘 맞지않아 걸어다녔거든요 그건 좀 불편하드라고요 하지만 걸어다니면서 호텔옆의 중앙공원에서 벼룩시장 열려서 구경도 할 수 있고 나름 좋았습니다. 다리가 좀 아프긴 하지만 그래도 가격대비 호텔도 편해서 걸어다니는 정도는 커버가 되드라고요.. 정말 좋았습니다.
