Very good service and a relatively inexpensive stay at this large, somewhat run-down hotel. Carpet coming up a bit in the halls and our room, and hot water a bit unsteady in the shower. Staff was extremely helpful and polite, fairly close to subway stations but not really close to an abundance of resturants and nightlife, although one nice continental resturant very close buy. Biggest complaint is the hotel is old and needs a renovation.

There are many convenient stores near by, The location makes it difficult to walk to from Shinjuku Station but they do have a bus that runs in the morning and then the Afternoon Evening. The room was VERY small but my understanding is that this is typical with most Tokyo hotels. Despite the lack of space, the room was kept clean daily. The bed was full size bed (smaller than expected). The internet didn't work in our room so we needed to go to the lobby for Wifi. As far as location, the shuttle bus was convenient but it didn't run all […] day. On a hot sunny day in August, you did not want to walk to Shinjuku station. Spent a week in this hotel. Location is well within walking distance from the JR station, and the shuttle that runs from the hotel to station is a nice, but welcome touch after a long day of shopping. Lots of great ramen/noodle bars, and a few good coffee shops close by. The park is amazing.

Checked in a delxue twin room no. 3212 on 12/F. One of the mattress slanted, hardly can sleep on it. Ceiling over bathtub cracked and the ventilation fan need cleaning.

The hotel is about 20min walk away from Shinjuku station. Hotel room is small as expected. Hotel reception service is satisfactory. Luckily I booked this hotel at 50% offer rate otherwise it may not be worth the money. The best thing about the hotel is the shuttle service that runs between hotel and shinjuku station.

This Hotel I would highly recommend. It is very quite in the otherwise very busy Shinjuku district. The rooms are very clean but also very small. Who prefers spacious atmosfere wouldn´t be too satifsfied here. Hotellet är helt OK, om man är i Tokyo på semester, för man är ju ute hela dagarna på sightseeing och shopping och ska bara sova där. Det är tyst, för hotellet ligger i kontorskvarter och det finns shuttle bus mellan hotellet och Shinjyuku station, där det finns massor med affärer och restauranger.

The service is fine and the staff is helpful. The location is a little bit far from the JR Station. If the hotel can arrange the shuttle bus to pick up the customer in afternoon but not from 4:30pm. It should be better and convenience.

Das Hotel ist sehr, sehr alt und einfach. Die Zimmer sind klein und sehr einfach eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Da sich das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofes Shinjuku befindet, ist seine Lage gut. Zudem bietet das Hotel morgens und abends einen Shuttle-Bus zum Bahnhof an.

Bon hôtel, bien situé à Shinjuku, chambres un peu vieillissantes, l'hotel est en cours de rénovation, à un bloc du tokyo governement building et du skyscraper district et à quelques minutes de marche de la gare de shinjuku et des rues les plus animées le soir (izakaya à gogo, restaurants, boites.....) Accueil en anglais, bon service.
