Hotel was clean and reasonably priced, clean and included free internet. Service was above average or average depending on the staff. About a 15-20 min walk from Shinjuku train station. Hotel shuttle runs from 7am to 10 or 11am and then starts again around 4pm-9:30 pm or so. When my colleague and I reached the check in counter of the hoel, the friendly gentleman at the counter found my registration qucikly. However, he could not find my colleague's info. Two others came to assist him, searching frantically through the computer and papers. When I told them that the reservation was made through Expedia, one came out with […] 2 thick files and found the necessary registration forms. Everything went well after that. My room faced the greens acroos the street while my colleague's was facing one set of windows. The room was big enough with the usual things you'd expect in the hotel, including a small kettle with tea bags. Although the matress was not very soft, I slept almost immediately when I laid on the queen size, probably too tired. The following night, my colleague and I were talking in rmy oom. The door was opened. At about 11 pm, a hotel staff knocked on the door and advised us to close to door for safety reasons. It was a nice gesture. A shuttle bus travels between the hotel and the Shinjuku station in the morning and evening several times an hour. This is especially good if you don't wish to walk to the train station. Reasonable price for this slightly older hotel. No wireless, but short cord and router provided for wired net access. Bring your own LAN cable if you want to use your PC anywhere but on the desk. Quiet area just outside of Shinjuku, in the shadow of the TMG building. Would reccomend this hotel, and stay there again.

Reasonably economical and a good location a bit over 1 km from Shinjuku station and close to a park. A free shuttle bus makes the transport to and from Shinjuku easy. Room was very small but functional - no problems.

출장차 동경을 갔는데 신주쿠역에서 가까운 곳은 좀 더 비싸고, 좀 멀어서 그런지 가격이 조금 더 저렴해 선택하고 큰 기대는 안 했는데.. 내 예상은 완전히 빗나감.. 그렇게 멀지도 않을 뿐 더러 셔틀버스가 있어 신주쿠역까지 편하게 다녔다. 도쿄도청사 및 공원이 가까워서 좋았으며, 프런트 직원들도 매우 친절했다. 또한 객실도 크기는 좀 아쉬웠지만 지내기에는 전혀 불편함이 없었다. 물론 조식도 꽤 괜찮았다.(30% 쿠폰을 줬음) 암튼 다녀와서 지인들에게도 추천을 했으며, 다음에 동경에 간다면 꼭 다시 이용할 것 같다. (큰 호텔들보다 조용하기도 함)

The hotel is very close to Shinjuku station which is very convenient. It takes about 15mins walk and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus service in the morning and in the night. Rooms are clean and well fitted. It is very good for a budget hotel. There is also a big park close by which gives a bit of relaxing atmosphere in downtown tokyo.

西新宿でしかも公園のそばなので少し高級ホテルかと思い予約しました。価格も少しお高いのが半額割引になっており、駅から少し遠くても構わないと割り切りました。しかし行ってみると半額でちょうどふさわしいただのビジネスホテルでした。インターネットは可能ですが、フロントでモデムを借りるという手間が必要です。
