A bit pricey but a convenient stay. 5 minutes from Shinagawa Station which also has the shinkansen service. The service was nice and they speak English. The... interior could do well and be refurnished, but nothing really to complain about. I could see the Tokyo Tower from my room and it was beautiful to see at night. You're best to get a taxi to the hotel (even if it's 5 mins away) as it's on a slope and can be quite difficult to wheel luggage uphill. First, let me say I hated this hotel, and I would never return there or recommend it to anyone. The location is in the most boring part of Tokyo, you will need to leave the area to do anything, decent shopping, decent restaurants, decent nightlife - none of that will be found anywhere near this hotel. The hotel advertises wifi - well, for a surcharge, […] and only if they happen to be able to supply your room with a route, of which they have a limited supply. So there's a good chance you won't have to spend an extra Y1000 per day because there's a good chance they won't have a router to give you. Oh, and the concierge service - useless, totally useless. Anything good about this place? Well it is only 10 minutes (uphill walk) from Shinagawa Station on the JR line, a key subway line for getting around Tokyo, and one you will use often, because there is nothing to enjoy in or near the hotel Avoid it like the plague! Nice hotel with a decent sized room. Great view of Tokyo tower and surrounding skyline from the room. Room was as expected neat, tidy and clean. Less than 5 minute walk to Shinagawa train station but sadly uphill on the way to the hotel. Not a huge amount to do in the surrounding area but if you have a JR Pass then the Shinagawa train station is on […] the Yamamote line that you can use. Also you can walk to the Shinagawa Prince shopping complex. The hotel has a good system where you can elect to not have your room cleaned if you stay more than 2 nights. Each time you don't have your room cleaned you get a JPY1000 voucher to spend at the hotel's restaurants or stores. However, you must have your room cleaned every 3 days. Read more

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Gåavstand til Shnagawa stasjon, hvor de fleste togene går fra, bl.a shinkansen og Yamanote JR line. Personalet på hotellet var alltid hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Veldig mye for pengene, anbefales!
