"Convenient to Tachikawa station"
The hotel had easy access to Tachikawa station. The room was small, as is typical in Japan, but was clean and comfortable. There were many restaurants and stores in the area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently located near mass transit. My room was overly warm (unusually warm spring) at times and temperature controls did not work. Bed was a too hard for my tastes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"古いホテルという印象"
古いホテルのようで、設備も古い感じでした。見たことのない電気ケトル（？）でした。部屋にあったタオルが汚れていたので交換をお願いしました。タオルはすぐに持ってきていただけました。そういった点ではサービスは良い方だと言えるかもしれませんが、あまり愛想がなかったのが残念です。インターネットは無線LANが無料で使えて、よかったと思います。しかし、立地や料金、サービス、設備を総合したら、別にここのホテルでなくてもいいかなと思います。次に立川市に行くことがあったら、違うホテルを選ぶと思います。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
