"Nice hotel, shame about the neighbourhood"
Okay so it's cheap, secure, friendly and clean, but it's in the heart of the red light district with four or five pimps on every corner. If this doesn't bother you then you'll be fine, but it isn't the most convenient location and the seedy side of Japan is evident right at your door.
