"プラスマイナスゼロ。"
１２月２１日に宿泊。ディズニー閉園からの宿泊。２２時過ぎにチェックイン。カウンターには一１人しか立っておらず、少し待たされた。閉園時からがチェックインで混むというのに対応不足。(シャトルバスが到着したとたん、３人体制に。)部屋のグレードアップを有料でしてもらった。臨機対応の良さはある。 その後、売店によったのだが、売店がとても小さく、飲み物の種類もなく、レジも人１人しかおらず、小さい売店は客でごった返していた。宿泊の事前に電話をして売店があることを聞いていたが、パーク内や駅で買っておいたほうが効率的。あの売店は改善するべき。また、乾燥していたため、加湿器を頼んだが、在庫数がない。と断られ、グレードアップしたフロアなのに、とても残念だった。部屋はクリスマスの飾り付けがとても良かった。総じて、デ […] ィズニーから近く良い立地というのに甘んじている感を感じた。オークラの品格はあまり感じられない。 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
