So I missed my flight and this is the last thing I wanted to do when I was planning to be home already. The hotel isn't exactly close if you leave from the local JR rail line. Would recommend getting a taxi or expect to walk about 30 minutes to hotel. It's an old hotel, doesn't worth the money. you got pay extra money if you want wifi in the room, and even extra charge for English Channels on the TV. food is expensive, and taste really bad. But over all it is clean, if you only looking for a place to sleep, it is the right place. Don't expect any thing else

This was a simple, no-frills hotel near the airport that was a good choice for my overnight stay. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. No complaints at all except the fitness room smelled like very stale sweat. The carpet needs either replacement or a major cleaning.

Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient from airport pickup to check-in. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was typically Japanese spartan, but well equipped. Will stay again on my next trip to Narita.

The price is right ... shuttle buses to/from Narita Airport, Narita Station (town) and AEON Mall run frequently. In addition to Avanti restaurant inside the hotel, there is a convenience store within minutes, as well as several eating establishments a strall away. Wireless internet in the lobby is free!

We liked this hotel and would recommend it for your stay at Narita airport. The airport bus was convenient, but if you want to go into the town of Narita, take a bus or cab because it's a long walk. The town of Narita is worth the visit, especially the Shrine. The train station is a distance away from the hotel. The staff here is the best I've seen in 99% of places. They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were coming through during halloween and could not have made it to Tokyo without their help. One of the best rates for a very decent hotel room. Good size room for Japan. Convenient bus schedules to the airport and to the local mall and in to town (train station). It does take a while for the bus ride from the airport to the hotel but please bare in mind that if you are picked up from terminal 1, the bus will also stop at terminal 2 so it already […] takes about 15 min to get out of the airport. Power system to room a little different. Takes some time to figure out how to keep the lights on. If you remove the key card from the power pocket, you can't do anything in the room. The room was very clean and had many of the amenities that we find in American hotels

This hotel is relatively close to the Narita airport, and has a free shuttle service to transport you to and from the airport. Rooms are large by Japanese standards (though not by American standards). No free wifi in rooms, but there is a nice lounge area near the elevators where you can access free wifi.

Quite far from Narita Intl Airport compared to other hotels, which meant that getting there by taxi at rush hour cost us quite a bit. A lot, really. There are more convenient places to stay if you are headed to the airport. This hotel was easily worth twice times what they charge. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms on par with any American Holiday Inn or Four Points Sheriton. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, nice shower with good water pressure, frequent shuttle service to Narita, really zippy internet free in the computer lounge with a nice view of the rear gardens […] while you net surf. I would have rated this hotel much lower except for the service we received. The staff was very nice and helpful. All the way to give us another room when our newly adopted daughter got sick on one of the bed covers. The air conditioning was minimal but it did have our room cooled down to a sleepable temp half way through the night. I asked at the front desk about delivery and was told the only option was the convenience store around the corner. The bathroom was minimal with a peach colored shower (gives you an idea of the last time it was updated and probably carpet was from same era), but it did have every amenity if you forgot something, or like us, just don't want to dig through our luggage for razor and toothbrush. Aside from the bath amenities, I have stayed at low rent Motel 6's that were better then this place, but I wouldn't spend $$$ at a Motel 6. Read more

I thought the hotel was a good price and easy access to airport because of the free shuttle. The shuttle will also take you to the train/bus station and the big shopping mall in the area. I stayed there for only one night because I had to fly out of Narita the next day. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good, but the lunch buffet was wonderful. Its pretty cool your room is like a flash back to the 60's, but very clean and the staff is awesome. they speak english there and are extremely helpful. they have a free shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the airport, downtown, and shopping plaza. We only stayed one night but would like to have stayed longer. Bedroom was very spacious. Bathrobes and slippers and toiletries all supplied. Also sachets of Green Tea. We spent about twenty minutes in the external Jacuzzi just before sunset which was relaxing and enjoyable. We booked a table for 20.00hrs for the evening buffet dinner and were looking […] forward to a long and lazy meal. Unfortunately we hadn't realised that everything is cleared away at 21.00hrs so it all ended in a rush. Food was good and you have the option of paying 700 yen extra to drink as much beer, wine and sake as you wish. Non alcoholic and beverages are included in dinner price. All good value. Free shuttle bus which runs on a timetable will take you to airport, Narita train station or Shopping Mall. There are restaurants, cafe and a karaoke bar a short walk down the hill from the Hotel. I was fairly jetlagged so the clean bed was a welcome sight. I'd misunderstood about internet access, so had to either pay by the minute in my room or go to one of two free computers, which were being used by others. The hotel restaurant served a varied and delicious breakfast.
