"unexpected stay"
So I missed my flight and this is the last thing I wanted to do when I was planning to be home already. The hotel isn't exactly close if you leave from the local JR rail line. Would recommend getting a taxi or expect to walk about 30 minutes to hotel. Staff was nice and apon check out they even got the shuttle to wait for me that took me back to the […] airport *nice free feature* . Room service was quick and easy. Little convince store was a nice bonus since there isn't much close to the hotel minus the family mart outside the hotel Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Don't expect too much"
It's an old hotel, doesn't worth the money. you got pay extra money if you want wifi in the room, and even extra charge for English Channels on the TV. food is expensive, and taste really bad. But over all it is clean, if you only looking for a place to sleep, it is the right place. Don't expect any thing elseGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great for the price"
This was a simple, no-frills hotel near the airport that was a good choice for my overnight stay. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. No complaints at all except the fitness room smelled like very stale sweat. The carpet needs either replacement or a major cleaning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"CLEAN AND GREAT VALUE"
Staff was friendly, courteous and efficient from airport pickup to check-in. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Room was typically Japanese spartan, but well equipped. Will stay again on my next trip to Narita.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent stopover choice!"
The price is right ... shuttle buses to/from Narita Airport, Narita Station (town) and AEON Mall run frequently. In addition to Avanti restaurant inside the hotel, there is a convenience store within minutes, as well as several eating establishments a strall away. Wireless internet in the lobby is free!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great value for the price"
Very pleasant stay. Room was clean and of reasonable size by Tokyo standards. Hotel shuttles to/from Narita airport were convenient and right on time. Desk clerks all spoke very good english, which was helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good--well worth the $10 extra it cost to add to the hotels.com package. Free wi-fi lounge was great. Only negative […] was that the mattress wasn't super comfortable, but still fine for a short stay at this price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel, but distant from train and town."
We liked this hotel and would recommend it for your stay at Narita airport. The airport bus was convenient, but if you want to go into the town of Narita, take a bus or cab because it's a long walk. The town of Narita is worth the visit, especially the Shrine. The train station is a distance away from the hotel. It's almost easier going to the airport […] by bus and taking the train to Tokyo station to get to sights around Tokyo, like Disney Sea or Kamakura. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great stay Perfect staff"
The staff here is the best I've seen in 99% of places. They are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were coming through during halloween and could not have made it to Tokyo without their help. I will stay here every time I transit through Narita. The location is convenient and the free shuttle to the city is such a blessing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good for short stay"
One of the best rates for a very decent hotel room. Good size room for Japan. Convenient bus schedules to the airport and to the local mall and in to town (train station). It does take a while for the bus ride from the airport to the hotel but please bare in mind that if you are picked up from terminal 1, the bus will also stop at terminal 2 so it already […] takes about 15 min to get out of the airport. Has free wifi in lounge next to lobby. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"close to airport"
Power system to room a little different. Takes some time to figure out how to keep the lights on. If you remove the key card from the power pocket, you can't do anything in the room. The room was very clean and had many of the amenities that we find in American hotelsGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Location Close to Airport"
This hotel is relatively close to the Narita airport, and has a free shuttle service to transport you to and from the airport. Rooms are large by Japanese standards (though not by American standards). No free wifi in rooms, but there is a nice lounge area near the elevators where you can access free wifi.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Surprises! Ck before you accept."
This was my 5 stay at this hotel in as many years. Each time in a standard configured room bed for two. On this stay I paid for two adults but was given a room for singles, one side of the bed flushed against the wall; had to slide off the bottom of the bed to exit, The carpet had several stains, The TV table fixed at opposite side of the bed. "Great layover hotel"
We missed our 7pm flight and quickly found this hotel. The free shuttle was great, easy to find and on time. We settled in to our room easily and slept well. The breakfast buffet was good -- when you book, choose 'breakfast included' if possible. It's more economical. The hotel offers a free shuttle into town. Highly recommended! We had time for a lovely […] walk through old town Narita and the wonderful temple Naritasan and Naritasan Park. A great layover experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"GREAT value; will exceed your expectations."
Great value for the price. Next time in the area I would not hesitate to stay there again. I have already recommended it to other travelers. I turned a layover into a 2 day stay at this hotel. Their shuttle was great not only to the airport but to downtown Narita and the AEON mall. Rooms were simple but nice,(In fact when I first opened the door I was […] quite pleasantly surprised.) Everything was clean and functional. The staff was exceedingly helpful and pleasant. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I am quite pleased to be able to repay them with this review. We will never come back to this hotel. Other hotel close to the vicinity are more than worth the money than this hotel. No wifi in the room, no free coffee, no fresh slippers, no good customer service. Expensive for the price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not impressed"
Quite far from Narita Intl Airport compared to other hotels, which meant that getting there by taxi at rush hour cost us quite a bit. A lot, really. There are more convenient places to stay if you are headed to the airport. (They have a free shuttle but we did not feel like looking for it, we did use it the next day to go to the airport and it was fine). […] The room was clean but the furniture was outdated, no power outlet near the bedside table to recharge my phone, and the carpet smelled ever so slightly like feet. There is a dinner buffet -- warning, if you are a vegetarian your options will be very very limited; there was meat even in the salad. Even just for one night between flights I would not go back. "Very bad hotel"
The lady at the front desk could barely speak English. When we got to our room, the AC wa not on, it was about 30 degrees C or 90 degrees F in the room. We were very tired after a long journey and had to wait for 1 and a half hour downstairs so that our room could cool off. The personal at the restaurant was very weird. I choose to ate the buffet, my […] wife ate a la carte. "Great bargain for nice hotel."
This hotel was easily worth twice times what they charge. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms on par with any American Holiday Inn or Four Points Sheriton. Room cleaning was prompt and thorough, nice shower with good water pressure, frequent shuttle service to Narita, really zippy internet free in the computer lounge with a nice view of the rear gardens […] while you net surf. Easy walk to local Naritasan temple with a convenience market right next door. Beeline JR train to Chiba within walking distance. Will definitely be staying there again on future visits to the area. Hotel had many amenities, including free WiFi. The shuttle service to/from the airport and to local attractions was great. The staff was very helpful and made my 1 1/2 day stay in Narita very memorable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel.........needs a scrub brush....."
The staff was very kind and courteous, the rooms were comfortable, and the buffets were tasty. The only problem I had is that I think they only wipe down the showers. I don't think they actually take a scrub brush to them. I could scratch off film with my fingernail. But I am extremely OCD. I asked them to please scrub it once, and it still only got […] a wipe down. That was the only thing that really bothered me, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I enjoyed my stayy overall. The hotel is 15min by taxi from the airport. They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport and to the Narita station- a welcomed surprise. Staff are helpful and friendly. One staff member kindly wrote down step by step instructions for me to get to Shinjuku by train.. I would have been lost without his directions. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but […] lack any character. Buffet is popular and a convenient option. Free wifi in the lobby is excellent. There are also massage chairs. "Great place to recover from long flights!"
This was an overnight stay between flight connections. It was easy to get on the hotel bus from the airport to the hotel. Staff was very sweet. Room was great after 18 hours of flying. Very, very, very quiet. Only thing that I wish was that checkout time could have been postponed. I had to check out at 11 AM. They wanted to charge me extra to stay […] 1-2 hours longer. That made my stay at the airport 5 hours before my flight. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Only OK"
I would have rated this hotel much lower except for the service we received. The staff was very nice and helpful. All the way to give us another room when our newly adopted daughter got sick on one of the bed covers. We were just asking for clean sheets and blanket, but they moved our family to a new room when they didn't have too. Other then that I […] wished I had spent a few extra dollars to go to one of the brand name hotels. The room carpet was beyond worn and dirty, it was disgusting. The air conditioning was minimal but it did have our room cooled down to a sleepable temp half way through the night. We got in at 10pm and the only dinning had closed at 9:30 so there was no room service. I asked at the front desk about delivery and was told the only option was the convenience store around the corner. The bathroom was minimal with a peach colored shower (gives you an idea of the last time it was updated and probably carpet was from same era), but it did have every amenity if you forgot something, or like us, just don't want to dig through our luggage for razor and toothbrush. Aside from the bath amenities, I have stayed at low rent Motel 6's that were better then this place, but I wouldn't spend $$$ at a Motel 6. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"fine"
I thought the hotel was a good price and easy access to airport because of the free shuttle. The shuttle will also take you to the train/bus station and the big shopping mall in the area. There is a pretty cool temple you can walk to from the bus station. Rooms were clean. There was a restaurant onsite, but maybe a little expensive. Not much in the […] immediate area, but I guess that is what you expect for an airport hotel. Free wifi in lounge but not in room. I would stay again. Good value. "Great hotel near Narita"
I stayed there for only one night because I had to fly out of Narita the next day. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was good, but the lunch buffet was wonderful. There was a variety of fresh and tasty dishes, as well as desserts. A great hotel for travelers needing to be close to Narita. I would stay there again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great staff"
Its pretty cool your room is like a flash back to the 60's, but very clean and the staff is awesome. they speak english there and are extremely helpful. they have a free shuttle that will pick you up and take you to the airport, downtown, and shopping plaza. "Nice little hotel near Narita"
This is an older hotel but it has been well maintained. The lobby and room were very clean and comfortable. I liked the simple nature of the furniture in the room. For the price I paid it was a great deal. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is a huge benefit. The only complaint I have is that wifi is only available in the lounge area and that they […] charge for internet in the room through a cable connection. "Relaxing place to chill out"
We only stayed one night but would like to have stayed longer. Bedroom was very spacious. Bathrobes and slippers and toiletries all supplied. Also sachets of Green Tea. We spent about twenty minutes in the external Jacuzzi just before sunset which was relaxing and enjoyable. We booked a table for 20.00hrs for the evening buffet dinner and were looking […] forward to a long and lazy meal. Unfortunately we hadn't realised that everything is cleared away at 21.00hrs so it all ended in a rush. Food was good and you have the option of paying 700 yen extra to drink as much beer, wine and sake as you wish. Non alcoholic and beverages are included in dinner price. All good value. Free shuttle bus which runs on a timetable will take you to airport, Narita train station or Shopping Mall. There are restaurants, cafe and a karaoke bar a short walk down the hill from the Hotel. "convenient location"
I was fairly jetlagged so the clean bed was a welcome sight. I'd misunderstood about internet access, so had to either pay by the minute in my room or go to one of two free computers, which were being used by others. The hotel restaurant served a varied and delicious breakfast.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"shuttle bus a big plus"
I would stay in this hotel again when I pass by Narita next time. The shuttle bus service is a big plus about this hotel. Overall, the staffs are helpful. Just like other reviews stated, the types of TV programs are poor. No internet service in the room unless you are willing to pay extra. The buffet dinner is a waste of money. The location is remote […] and boring. But the shuttle services make up for all the negative part of the hotel. We were able to go to the train station, to the shopping mall, and to the airport by the free shuttle services. I would return to the hotel if everything stay the same.
