This hotel is in a very good location just outside of the Parma city center. My room was pretty small but I had a window facing the park. My single room had no coffee makings and an old CRT television. I haven't seen a room without a flat-screen in many years. Taxi service to the hotel was fast and the front desk clerks were helpful. Breakfast was included […] and the buffet options were suitable. The bar on the first floor doesn't get very much business and has no kind of entertainment but if you are looking for a quiet place to have a drink and talk it's not bad. Read more

Hotel not too bad although it is a 10-15min walk to town but if you are expecting good service or concierge service then you will not find it in this hotel.
