The location couldn't have been better. At first, I wanted to stay in the bigger town of Vernazza, but I was so glad we ended up in Manarola. I think it's the most beautiful of all the towns, and it's smaller and more charming so it feels like home. The hotel is located almost directly across the street from the train station so it's super easy access […] to the other towns. The room and bathroom was clean, modern and large. And Simone is incredibly nice and helpful. He even created his own app for iPhone/Android to use as a resource around Cinque Terre. We used it for restaurants, beaches everything. My husband and I recently stayed here for a couple nights during our trip to Italy and we absolutely loved it! The owner is very nice and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The convenient location to the Manarola train station was also a plus.

We went during the off season and had most of the place to ourselves. The address says Riomaggiore but the hotel was actually in the next town of Manarola, which turned out good. When you get off the train walk threw the tunnel and make a right, its the second building on the left. since it is so close to the tunnel we did not have to carry our bags […] up all the hills. Simone was very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room looked brand new and very modern. If you go you have to walk up to trattoria dal billy and get the frutti de mare appetizer. The hotel was conveniently located close to the pedestrian tunnel for the train and perched above a quaint, lively street that curved uphill to the church and downhill to the sea.
