"Nice Hotel, Poor Service"
A very well decorated hotel, nice marble tile floors, rooms quite nice but fixtures in the bathroom needed attention. Had to hold the shower head while I had a shower as it wouldn't fit in the riser holder. No English or non Italian TV available so couldn't catch up with the news. Breakfast was supposed to be from 0700-0930. Went down one morning at […] 0905 and it had all been cleared away. Went down on the last morning at 0830 and it had all been cleared away. There was a coach party, from Luxembourg, staying and it seemed the hotel was more interested in catering for them than any other guests. For this reason I would class this as a very poor hotel.
