"Ikke den bedste oplevelse"
Der var lovet wifi på værelserne, men det var der ikke. Det var heller ikke mulighed for tøjvask, som ellers også var lovet. Personalet var godt klar over at de lovede mere end de kunne holde, men de havde åbenbart ikke ulejliget sig med at få det rettet. Værelserne er små, mørke og dårligt støjisolerendes. Lobbyen var fin. Det samme var morgenmaden. […] Poolen ligger på taget af en anden bygning på den anden side vejen. På deres skilt udenfor er der fire stjerner. Dit hotel is zijn prijs kwaliteit waard. Het ligt in een druk centrum, niet al te gezellig maar dicht bij montecatini Alto die zeker wel een bezoekje waard is om eens lekker uit eten te gaan. Het hotel zelf is goed, de airco op de kamer maakt wat lawaai en in de gang is er voglens mij nog geen airco dus vaak wel warm. De kamer is net, proper en ook […] heel ruim. Maar misschien wel aan vernieuwing toe, ook jammer dat wij geen balkon hadden. Voor het zwembad moet je het zeker niet boeken want dit is echt niet goed. Klein, niet proper en koud water.
