"Redelijk hotel vlak bij het centrum"
Het hotel ligt op een prima locatie op loopafatand van het centrum en alle Terme accommodaties. De kamer is erg sober, geen koelkast en kan ook schoner. Het ontbijt is in orde. "Pænt Hotel dårlig service"
Der er for lidt smil og i mødekommenhed og at man selv skal ringe ned til receptionen for at få sat et par MEGET larmende børn ved poolen sat på plads eller selv måtte skælde dem ud da de uhæmmet 2 dage senere plasker vildt rundt, så man ved deres ellers pæne men lille pool, blev oversprøjtet med vand, er ikke i orden. Deres personale burde af sig selv […] have tyssede på dem og talt med forældrene. Den afslappende poolferie vi havde set frem til blev fuldstændig ødelagt af det. Ellers var hotellet pænt og rent og hende som serverede i morgenmadsrestauranten var dog sød, smilende og i mødekommende. De nærliggende restauranter og butikker oplevede vi også generelt havde en utrolig dårlig service. De manglede også i mødekommenhed og smil. Oplevelsen af de mange som virkede sure og som om de ikke gad have kunder, hvilket virkelig har forundret os, har fået vores ellers varme hjerter for Italien til at kølne noget af.
