"Reasonable hotel, reasonable location"
The location of the hotel was good for a number of things. Close walk from the Centrel station, so easy if just arriving, also for metro links from the station. We walked into the main shopping district in about 20 minutes and it was a nice walk. Not much going on in the area to see and do though. Hotel was simple, slightly dated, but pleasant. Hotelli oli todella lähellä rautatieasemaa ja kohtuullisen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Palvelu oli hieman kyseenalaista: aamiaisesta ei ensin mainittu mitään, ja kun kävimme siitä kysymässä, annettiin ymmärtää, että se maksaa ekstraa. Tarkistin asian ja kävin kysymässä uudestaan - ja tällä kertaa se ei enää maksanutkaan. Tyyppi yritti selvästi […] vain saada meidät maksamaan ekstraa vaikka tiesi koko ajan, että aamiainen sisältyy hintaan. Huoneessa oli niin äänekäs ilmastointi, että nukkuminen tuotti vaikeuksia. I have travelled all over the world and never met so rude in disengaged staff. The room was a big joke and the service during check in/check out the worst I have encountered. Example: Me and the wife bought an ice cream in the bar. It was uneatable because of 4 cm layer of ice. I complained and got Ice tea instead. When checking out the staff charged […] for the ice cream anyway. When I complained the answer was: In italy you pay even if you dont like!
